The hallways were strangely quiet at this time of night. Dr. Akasha was alone for roughly half an hour before a figure could be seen approaching down the hallway. When the figure got close enough, Dr. Akasha could see that it was a female. She was dressed in a cream dress that hugged her body from upper chest ot midthigh before lossening enough to flow down in an A-line to her ankles. It was accented with red silk that matched the mask that covered the top 3/4 of her face. Her hair was pulled back into a loose ponytail, a few locks left out to curl around her face.
And her beast was making no attempt to hide itself from the Doctor. And just when he would have sensed hers, the female stopped in her tracks and looked up at him. Her stance suddenly went from relaxed to tensed and on edge. She resumed her walk but it had an edge of danger to it- as if she was walking to a fight.
"Who are you?" she demanded as soon as she was within speaking range.

Her stance visibly relaxes and she walks past him toward a closed door.
"You have come to the right place- please come in." Opening the door she indicated that he enter her office. As he passed her, her nose wrinkled slightly at the odor of embalming fluid.
*Must warn Jason if they ever need to meet* she thought as she followed him in, closing the door behind her.
"Please have a seat Dr. Asaan." Twist took her own seat and waited until Dr. Asaan has as well before continuing. "Now- your clan and covenant?"

Twist's lips pursed for a brief second at his covenant alliance but before any comment on her look could be made she pulled a card from her desk and began writting on it. As she wrote she spoke,
"Well then Dr. Asaan. I am Twist- the Seneschal of the city. I am also the Daeva Priscus. Your clan priscus is Karsh, who is also the Prince Harpy." At this point she paused, and capped the pen before continuing. "Your covenant head is unfortuanatly currently under a bloodhunt and as such, not really your covenant head."
Her eyes held traces of emotion but again, before comment could be made, she continued.
"Can I inquire where you are coming out of hiding from?"

"I spent many years under the city, more specifically, working my way up the ladder in the Amber Hill's Medical Examiner's office. As such climbing is no longer important, I thought it might be best for me to re-enter kindred society." He tugged on his lab coat, and then rubbed his sparse hair back across his head. He doesn't seem too horribly concerned about the other matter. Yet.

Twist picked up the note she had written and handed it over to him. It was a blank business card with Karsh's name and phone number written on it in Twist's loose script.
"You are familar with the city rules then I take it?"

"Of course, madam seneschal." He takes the card, and nods slightly, "Ah, yes, this name sounds familiar to me." He slides it into the pocket of his lab coat, and bows his head again, "Is there anything else needed of me?"

She shook her head.
"No- that should cover everything. I acknowledge you in Sacramento. If you need anything please let me know."

Twist lifts her hand in farewell and then quirks a strange smile at him.
"Our current problem is keeping them as corpses" she replied, her voice laced with ironic amusement. How she found that statement funny was left unsaid though. "But yes- I will keep it in mind and let you know about diverting them your way."
