Located in an office building on P & 4th, Felice Investigations is fairly reminiscent of the PI Offices of the early 20th century, except this one doesn't have a beautiful secretary. Instead, Felix Felice is usually the only one working, and by working, I mean he's usually passed out drunk on the couch, ignoring the answering machine until it's full.
