Troy Mathers grew up in gangs in Los Angeles but always spent his time fixing things and making things and had a love for making anything new, and had always been very focused and pridefull in his work.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
During a Police raid on the gang Wayland was in, shots were fired and people died. The trauma of watching people he knew die sent him to Stygia, where the shade of one of the now dead gang members walked him silently to the Watchtower for him to inscribe his name on its walls.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
After the Police raid and his Awakening, one of the Awakened Police officers (by the name of &amp;quot;Rook&amp;quot;) noticed him and took charge of him, eventually recruiting him as an Arrow.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Troy took the name of Wayland in honour of the Norse smith of legend after hearing about the Forge Masters and wanted to join.&lt;br /&gt;

This comes prior to any supernatural regeneration of wounds or any action taken during your turn. (For werewolves, Death Rage rolls come first though.)&lt;br /&gt;

If your last box is filled with lethal damage, you get no Stamina roll to maintain consciousness. You fall unconscious and are bleeding to death. Each minute that passes upgrades 1 lethal to aggravated. If they all go agg, you're dead.&lt;br /&gt;

During a Police raid on the gang Wayland was in, shots were fired and people died. The trauma of watching people he knew die sent him to Stygia, where the shade of one of the now dead gang members walked him silently to the Watchtower for him to inscribe his name on its walls.&lt;br /&gt;

After the Police raid and his Awakening, one of the Awakened Police officers (by the name of &amp;quot;Rook&amp;quot;) noticed him and took charge of him, eventually recruiting him as an Arrow.&lt;br /&gt;

Troy took the name of Wayland in honour of the Norse smith of legend after hearing about the Forge Masters and wanted to join.&lt;br /&gt;
