	Tracy looks to be in her late teens to early 20s (19-21), stands around 5'1" tall and weighs somewhere around 100 lbs. She is an attractive girl, who's got the whole "untarnished innocence" look about her. Her eyes are an emerald green color, and her hair is a mixture of light brown and red, though she typically dyes it into a fiery red color or a dark black. She tends to wear fairly casual clothing that is comfortable and practical for everyday activities, but tends to wear dresses and more extravagant outfits when she attends formal court or other formal events. =Background=

Born on May 10, 1970 in San Francisco, Tracy spent her childhood years in a hippie commune. With such an unusual upbringing, she grew up to be a rather unusual girl. Tracy was never the "girly" type; she usually hung out with the boys, had an interest in muscle cars and motorcycles, and got into quite a few fist fights. She was your stereotypical tomboy growing up. This created a bunch of different issues between her parents and her, since their beliefs were too different and they did not approve of the way she acted...bunch of hypocrite hippies! So by the time she was 16 years old, Tracy moved out of the house.

She started to hang out with a biker crowd in the mid 80s, getting into all sorts of trouble. Even though she wasn't the girly type, her looks did facilitate her life as a biker, and she used this to her advantage. One night back in 1989, she met a very eccentric guy at a bar. He sounded Russian or something like that, and there was just something about him that she found very attractive. Call it "animal magnetism" if you will. So she decided to seduce the guy and take him back to her appartment. She was 19 years old at the time; and she would remain looking like a 19 year old forever after what happened that night.

Tracy took the Russian guy from the bar back to her appartment. He said his name was Ivan, but she didn't really care for his name. Once they were through the door, her clothes were already coming off. After a few hours of what she called "crazy animal sex," he confessed to her that he was a vampire and wanted to make her one too. She laughed at him, barely able to control herself. Of course she didn't believe him and told him that he was full of shit, but didn't kick him out because she wanted "round 2."

That was her mistake. He pounced on her, which she thought was kinky at first, but then realized that he had no intention of sleeping with her again. As he sank his fangs into her neck she fell deep into the kiss as he slowly drained all her blood. At first her entire body was filled with feelings of extreme ecstasy, but then she slowly started to fade away; at which point he pulled her head towards him as he bit down on his own wrist.

"Drink," he said to her, and she did.

Tracy never saw Ivan after that night. She didn't even know if that was his real name, and he didn't give her a last name. Tracy had passed out shortly after he had attacked her, and when she woke up she realized that she had slept through the entire day. She also realized that she was hungry, very, very hungry...and that's how her requiem begun.

She spent about 20 years as a drifter, learning the truth and secrets about her new existence. She never got a proper education from her sire, since he left her to fend for herself after he embraced her. Tracy hated him for that, and she believed that he had done so out of spite because she had laughed at him in disbelief that evening.

During the time she spent as a drifter, she met a bunch of nomadic Gangrel. Most of her knowledge about kindred and how their society works came from them; which really gave her a lopsided view on things. However, they taught her how to survive, which was important for a young neonate as herself.

In the year 2011 she arrived in Sacramento and eventually settled there. Doing what she could to support the Praxis of Prince [[Asa Clarke]], Tracy eventually became a Deputy to the Sheriff. She befriended [[Dillon Connery]] almost instantly, taking a liking to her fellow Gangrel. As the young Savage climbed up the ranks of Kindred politics, she managed to become the Gangrel Whip. However, politics were not of much interest to her, which is why she may have opted to not join the Invictus when she was given the opportunity by the former Reeve. Instead, Tracy took an interest in the Ordo Dracul, possibly due to a romantic interest in their [[Max Heinz|leader]] at the time.

As she begin to learn about the different philosophies of the Dragons, the petite Gangrel's interest in such esoteric studies grew even further than her feelings for Max. Eventually, she joined the Ordo Dracul in her own right, acquiring her first Coil shortly thereafter. However, not long after that she took off without really saying much to anyone. Perhaps it was her wilder side, urging her to hit the road once more. Perhaps it was something else. No one really knows why she left, but many did not expect her to come back.

Although, rumor has it that she has recently returned to Sacramento, and she is not alone. What made her come back after being gone for this long? Only time will tell...
