This meeting is held for 3 main reasons. The First being to solidify [[Joseph Hartman]] as the leader of [[Ordo Dracul|Dragons]].
:: ''"Oracle Shadow has left the Domain and as the only member of the Sworn present in the Domain that leaves me in charge of the Ordo."'' He pauses for a moment collecting his thoughts. ''"However I would prefer to use the term guide. We are an eclectic group of individuals, all with our own goals but united by a common drive. So while I am in charge of the Ordo I do not plan to change how things have been run in the past. I will attempt to offer advice as good as that of my predecessor and lead us towards our goal of Transcendence."''

The second reason is to finally initiate [[O-Yama]] into the [[Ordo Dracul]]
