		+	Recently moved here from San Diego, he has taken responsibility for much of the day-to-day operations of the Ladder and its interests in the city. It's known that he maintains an "open door" policy for all mages of the consilium. However, they soon discover that while he is an easy man to talk to his aid is not for everyone and does not come without its price. He's also known for having several allies in the California State Government. He's also credited with being a compelling public speaker and an expert debater.
