I would actually prefer that we go with Adam and look at putting points into a spirit and ghost guardian for the sanctum.

Updated original post to reflect current members only.
OK added (with my rituals for personal spells) a Space 2 + Prime 2 + Fate 2 + Mind 2 Ward/Sense Consciousness to detect Supernal activity in our territory (19 sq mi (49.2 km2)).
So +6 successes needed for Radius, Fate Conditional "Until this Cabal disbands" is +4, declared Potency is 10, so 20 successes needed.
Rolls sent to tsa & approved, just an FYI.
