Michael nods although he is unsure if that is a good thing in Arnoud's eyes. Who am I kidding? I'm not even happy with a majority of my family being the heads in this city let alone him.

He just nods and says in a dry enough tone to show his own ambivalence towards the fact. "Yes..imagine my surprise when I first arrived. However when it comes to politics I'm just glad that I'm in the company of good friends again. Despite defending the one in the hot seat tonight I still imagine in terms of Domain I'd be barred from doing anything in his beyond just passing through."

Let's hope he understands that just because they're my family doesn't mean I put that over other principles I have.

Joseph smiles as Jillian approaches. "Definitely. It was interesting to say the least." He eyes her blue hair. "Blue hair looks good on you, is it going to stay around?"

Wilhelm nodded to Culler as he walked over to them, and followed Heathcliff over to whatever private area he had in mind. "I am glad to hear you say that." Though he was not at all certain that he meant it. But from time to time guarded risks simply had to be taken. "We all must do what we think is best to protect the Domain, and the Danse is what it is. I am sure you would have done the same, were our positions reversed. I can assure you, though, that your letter was passed on to the Mekhet of the domain."

Something Arnold says piques his curiosity, though. "Petting zoo?" What, of importance, could possibly occur at a petting zoo? And why would Culler bring up something that might antagonize Heathcliff now of all times?

Erika nods slightly, whether in agreement or approval unclear.

"I don't really have any desire to chase poachers all over my domain, Mr. Greyson," she said, leaning forward slightly. "I'm both ill-suited to it, and would prefer to be working on my research. Would you have any interest in assuming that burden, in exchange for Tenancy rights?"

Realizing his statement may have been taken the wrong way, Arnold responds to Wilhelm "What I mean to say is that Seneschal Staley has accomplished much during his short time spent in Kindred Society. It's quite impressive, really. As to the matter of the petting zoo I only refer to a conversation he and I once shared during stranger times."

He had not meant to reveal anything not already known to Wilhelm, and he would have to see if he decided to press the issue further or if Heathcliff had anything to add.

"Even hair color stays with us past the embrace? Interesting..." His mind starts to wander down that path but Jillian keeps him from going too far. He smiles calmly thinking for a moment. "I am not sure actually, while I am the ranking member. I have not been very politically active in the city, so I will have to make myself useful to a Regent in some way." Joseph glances over the gathered kindred wondering if the three covenants allowed again will shake things up. "Do you belong to any of our organizations?"

Wyatt Stands and heads over to Lady Stamford, wanting for a polite time to introduce himself.

"Lady Stamford? My Name is Wyatt Stafford formerly of Sheffield England. I have reciently moved to the city. I understand that you are my Priscus and I wanted to introduce myself."
