Simple. He failed three rolls in a row. And it was 24 dice.

    02-05 19:31:37 Al-Adin rolls 6 dice to wits+stealth Failure
    6,6,5,1,6, 2

next roll has -1 die due to repetition in it.
    02-05 21:02:34 Al-Adin rolls 8 dice to Dex+Stealth+shadow Failure
    1,5,6,3,4, 7,5,5

    02-06 22:31:21 Al-Adin rolls 10 dice to Dex+Stealth+shadow (used WP) Failure
    4,5,3,3,5, 4,7,5,5,2

Oh, that makes it less painful to think about. I thought you somehow got all those dice on one roll. At which point I was torn between my simpathetic side going "Dude, ow." and my Powergamer side going "Dude, teach."

Also there's good news and bad news-

I looks silly because I couldn't understand the mechanics of the Contract even after pestering Lexi enough via PM to force him into baby talking how it works for me.

    Good News
Assuming he doesn't punish me by making me keep that roll, I get to re roll the attack next turn. Yay?
