Jasper nods over to Seraphina, a soft smile coming onto his snout. "Thanks. Ah'm sure they'd appreciate it. My healing powers aren't yet up to healing burns, sadly. Ah can take you to go see some of them if you'd like, after we go hit the bar and try to find this person, or at least more about them." He nods to her and there's a slight frown on his features. "Ah'm sorry if Ah'm not providing a lot of ideas or anything. Ah don't really have any leads other than this bar... Flick was always the ideas guy." he adds, a look passing over his canine features that is heard to discern but it looks pained.

He turns to watch his fellow Beast with the pack of matches. When he senses the other man using his bestial gifts, the Coyote does the same, tapping into his canine side.

She got it, learning to heal took time. “Well, without Contracts and, other things, it’s a timely and delicate practice. But it can be done, and I’m happy to be able to lend a hand.” Using Contracts was desired, but wouldn’t be appropriate. “I can also put some kits together with information and supplies, so they have them on hand.” She only hoped it wasn’t third degree burns, because then there was nothing she could do. That was Contracts or burn unit territory there.

A shake of her head, “You’re providing as much as you can. I just want to know basics; you can’t be expected to know everything. If the first stop is the bar, then I say we hit it up and hope they have some information.” If not? Well, they cross that bridge when they come to it. The look was noted, but she doesn’t say anything. Not knowing how he was handling it, if he wanted to talk about it, or anything else, it was best left quiet for now.

All she can do is watch them sniff the matchbooks while making a note about burn treatment kits. Maybe some gift cards and clothing as well.

Jasper sits there for another moment, taking another deep sniff of the match pack, trying to sort through the different scents and focusing on the ones he doesn't know and trying to memorize them.

He offers it again to Vincent, if the other Beast wants another fresher sniff, before he'll pocket it again and stand up. He stands to his full 7 feet and then some, stretching for a moment. "Well, Ah guess we should probably get going to the bar then, yeah?" he asks in his thick accent. Something to drink would be mighty nice..

[Seraphina]

Finishing her coffee, “Sounds good.” Standing as well, “I have a SUV if we wanted to drive together, if not, I just need the address and will met you there.” She figured driving together would be the way to go, but some liked doing things their own way. Either way, she was ready to go.

[Saber Sloth]

To Vincent the matchbook smells like a matchbook, and since it's been hanging around Jasper's pocket, it also smells like Jasper's pocket.

Jasper also gains those scents, until he takes in a deep breath, holding the scent in his mouth, swallowing the scents down. He finds the wet heat of Talia, fire-smoke-cooked-pork and underneath that is cold-evergreens-ice.
