The simian Beast grinned in amusement, "Ah, I see Queenie Sera has been bragging about her royal bodyguard. I should probably be humble or something." However, she did not digress. Sonnie simply left the praise lay. It was funnier to her, that way.

She smiled and watched as Summer interacted with King Rhodes, finding it to also be funny.

[Rhodes]

The Fairest looks sufficiently pleased as his ego is stroked. "Sir will do just fine. Though Rhodes works better in public, I've noticed." He found being intimidating enjoyable - especicially as it only lasted for a short time. Fear was common... but also fleeting for any given individual.

He inclined his head at Sera's curtsey, his smile having a genuine touch not quite seen before. Their love had blossomed unexpectedly, but there they were.

Eyes glance to the monkey beast. "Probably," he replies pointedly. "The title could always be taken away." Not that Sera ever would - her friendship with Sonnie meant to much, he new that.

He looked back to the shy spring. "Well, Summer. You are bound to the wyrdstone and a part of the Freehold - as are several new faces. Should you need any assistance getting set up, just let us know. Enjoy your evening, everyone."

The Dread Lord extended a hand to Sera - he hoped to spend a little of his night with his wife, after all.

Sonnie grinned at Rhodes, "I can only lose the title if another Spring Courtier beats me in hand-to-hand combat. That's a rule. thatimadeupjustnow. Ironclad." The Beast thought for a moment, then added, "Your Highness." It was the Autumn Coronation, after all. "Anyway, enjoy the evening!"

A look to Sonnie, “Of course I was bragging about you! Why wouldn’t I?” Sonnie was awesome!

Then a look settled on Rhodes, how dare he say Sonnie’s title could be taken?! He wasn’t wrong…technically…but still! But still, eyes narrow slightly, he was treading on dangerous ground.

Despite the dangerous ground, she still accepted his hand with a smile. Her translucent hand settled within his hand, the touch delicate but with affection.

A side look to Sonnie, “You’re not wrong.” She added with a wink.
