When planning for the next excursion was mentioned Corn said "Perhaps we could get Hector and visit some archeological sites in the vicinity." To see ghosts but he can't say that.

Phoenyx blows a raspberry. She doesn't have a response that makes sense and the drinks are really kicking in.
"Huh! That's... pretty cool. It's like chemistry. But for cocktail shots! There's no way to describe it really. Mayyybe I could try another one." She licks the cream from the shot-glass, nodding about hanging out with Belle.
There's a sigh. "How does not caring make you better? I don't get it." She blinks. "It does? I don't think I'm tense." The Talon staggers a little as she lines up her break, causing another giggle.

Despite the alcohol clearly making a dent, Phoenyx seems to be in the place between smooth and... well, too drunk. At least for now.
"You sounds very sure," she says back to Corn. "Haven't you never thought there was more than what we can just see?" She plucks another french fry and shrugs. "Archaeology? Like.... native American remains? Or like dinosaurs? I... don't know much in between for American hishtory."

“That’s a very good point.” Ghosts did not exist, sure.
Shrugging, “I just tend to mind my own business unless someone makes it my business.” She could careless about what some believed in.
“Sorta, yah!” in her mind she goes over how drunk Phoenyx was, and how much another shot would add to it. “I say we leave the other one for the next time we’re out.” Holding out the third one, having not drank it yet, and Corn not seeming to want it, “Or take the third.” Up to her.
Looking at her friend, “Because I don’t need to win to feel like I’ve accomplished something.” Blunt? Yes. “Some people tie their self-worth to winning all the time, creating a tension in their body. I play the game to enjoy the game and the company, my body and mind are relaxed. You could very well be tense and be so used to that mind set, you don’t notice.” Was she saying Phoenyx was tense? Kinda, the girl did have work on the mind 24/7. “Not a bad thing, I was always taught to do my best and not see losing as failure.” It just made her try again.
Aurora was close to pointing out that the Arrow always seemed to improve when she was drinking. Hmmm, maybe because it was relaxing her?
Smirking at the thought, “Nice shot.”
Moving to what looked like a good spot and taking a shot. Which was good, just not as good as the Arrows.

I just don't think ghosts are real, that's all." Corn lied. To Phoenyx , he answered "Archaelogical sites mostly. I was thinking the Solomon's Green. It has some graves from the 18th century there." And probably some ghosts by now. It would be good to check whether the 'other side ecosystem' has stabilized. Aurora could probably remember that Corn and Zero have gone there and found a big ol' ghost.

There's a small shrug; "Okay." Different drinks could wait. basides, everything had that nice fuzzy feeling.
Phoenyx frowns as she thinks about what Aurora is explaining. "But... I do yoga and stretch to make the tension go away. Does that not help?" This was sounding serious. She definately didn;t think of herself as tense. She had been, she could admit that to... well, herself. Other people was harder.
"Thanks!" she smiles brightly. It was a good shot! Concentrating, she lines up her next one.
They seemeed to be about level, but the Arrow was definately losing her focus as the drinks kicked in.
What kind of arcaeology? Acheological sites! Corn sure didn;t make understanding him easy. "Well, yeah. You'd already said that. Does it count if it's not that old? like, three centuries is not that long in hhistrical terms. But America considers anything over a century to be basically as old as the earth. Why is that? Don;t people realise there's been so much more historyOr, like... I'm pretty sure you can;t go around claiming it's archaeology when it's in a chuch cemetary. I mean.... I guess. I don't know. But otherwise you're just digging up someone's bones who's family might still be alive, and thats.... that's just plain weird." The Arrow seemed to be all over on that tangent.

For some reason, him saying he was religious just didn’t sit right. But hell, she didn’t understand religion anyways.
“Graves?” shrugging, “I sometimes find the quiet of a cemetery relaxing.” She’d spent time walking among the graves before.
A soft chuckle, “It’s different. Yoga does help with tense muscles, but in the heat of the moment, playing a game for example, people get tense. They work themselves up needing to win. It’s hard to explain.” And she was doing a bad job at it.
Shrugging at what Phoenyx said about what Americans consider old, “I got nothing.” Truth be told, she never really thought about it. “Oh, did you mean digging up shit?” looking to Corn with surprise, “Cause, yah, gonna have to count me out of that one. But you do you.” She just wasn’t about to get arrested for grave robbing. Nope. Not this Shaman. “But I also don’t know if they open actual real archeological sites to regular people. Might need a degree or something. Or I’m just not understanding what is going on.” Laughing with a shrug, she moves to take another shot.

The Arrow was clearly thinking about what Aurora was saying. "Well, at least it's good I don't do that," she smiled brightly. It was clear she genuinely believed that. She lined up another shot.
Corn gets yet another confused look. "I didn't say that. I just think it's hard to work out the line between what is archaeology and what is desecration when there isn't a lot of documented history. For example, Chinese history documents over three thousand years. California is not even a tenth of that." She cocks her head. "I'm not sure wandering around a cemetery counts as archaeology. I thought it had to involve digging things up. But I don't actually know the lines for human history. I suppose if it was dinosaurs it would definitely be archaeology!" The thought process seems to be meanderign a little, just as the Aroow is swaying while leaning on her cue.

A shrug, “Perhaps a misunderstanding then?” or a lesson in that one always has to be aware of just what they are saying.
That smile wasn’t selling the Shaman on it, nope.
“I kinda did.” She volunteered after Phoenyx said she didn’t say that. Cause seriously, that’s what it sounded like! As she listens, eyes pick up on the sway, taking a moment to step away and grab some waters for the table. Making sure Phoenyx saw her place one down for her, eye contact, look at water, eye contact again. Message sent. But was it received?
“I’ll just admit I have no clue. But I’m up for getting out and exploring things. Whatever those things might be.” Graves…bones…whatever.
For now, another shot lined up. But seemed Aurora was losing her touch. Maybe she needed another drink? Guessing that was probably it, she picks up the third shot and downs it. If no one else was going to drink it, she would. Happily!

Noticing Phoenyx 's sway, Corn looks at Aurora and back at the Arrow. "I think you should slow down the drinking a bit." he said carefully.
"As for Archaeology and dinosaurs, we could visit a natural history museum, if you want. Or any museum. Well not every museum. I am often visiting Museums with my wife and even some of my nerdy friends and some of the people working there may recognize me.
However... There is a museum that is brand new and I haven't visited with Maria yet: the Sacramento Museum of Science and Curiosity! According to their sites, they have interactive exhibits!
Would you be interested in that? We could check for other Museums if you want to do history or archaeology..."
And we totally should start paying more attention to museums. Some hunter organization or the Seers may take them over to hit the Mysterium hard or to replace anything with mystical value with counterfeits. He thought
