There was a happy wave, “Hey!” obviously glad to see her best friend. “What a great dress! It looks really comfortable.” it was a good color for the Beast. A small shake of her head, “Not too late, we were just chatting and getting caught up. How’ve you been?”

Sticking her tongue out at Circe, “I happen to love going to school.” To her there was nothing like learning. Another laugh, “I’m sure there are a ton of things you do better than I do. I’m not good at everything you know.” She had plenty of things she sucked at.

“Actually, I’ve taken a step back from doing too many things. I’m not stretching myself too thin anymore, making sure I take some time for myself here and there.” She had Rhodes to thank for that.

Leaning over to Sonnie, in a fake whisper voice, “I have it on good authority that the second division are the best ones.” A wink added.

"Thank you, thank you!" The Beast did a twirl, always happy when Sera complimented her weird fun fashion sense. Sonnie helped herself to a seat as she eyed what was on the table, "And what are we chatting about? School? Boo!"

She was a good student, once. Not anymore. Book learning was a challenge when your brain was part animal. Studying no longer interested her.

"Deployed already?! Who gave that order? The chain of command is clearly breaking down around here!" The Steepscrambler shook her head sadly.

"Glad to hear it," she said to Sera. Rhodes wasn't the only one that had been concerned with how much the Fairest tended to push herself. "More time for goofing off!"

[Circe]

"Right," she nods at the golden tongue getting stuck out at her and points at Sonja, "Boooo. All those frat parties. The sororities shoould really show them up with a proper hoot nanny."


"Colonel Custard of course. I mean, meal team six was getting ready to dessert, so the division had to ketchup to them," Circe is smiling widely to the chain of puns. The chain had to run out eventually, "They had to ensure the plates were occu-pied. I think it has been divided fairly." Then Circe sighs, "Ah, Cazzo di dammit. Era debole. I am sorry, that wasn't up ta good standards."


Then she gets distracted by menus? "OOooh, hey! They have butter cream cookie sandwiches! That sounds fun."
