A letter is delivered to the newly appointed Reeve. Its a rather plain envelope simply addressed to 'Ms Q. Durant' with a generic 'Congratulations !' card in it.

'Dear Priscus Durant !

Having recently heard about your advancement, I wanted to congratulate you on the well-deserved increase in responsibility as well as opportunity.
If you do half as well as you do as Priscus (from an outsiders perspective), the job truly is in good hands.
