Circe was many things. Under armed not on that list. Bullets didn't get expensive though quality control was meh with certain calibers and stocking up got questions from some coworkers.

Like the AK for the first problem. It was the most produced and reproduced weapon period. Thus, so was its ammunition. Oh sure, she could restore old ammunition from the 1950s with Glamour, but the quality wasn't always trustworthy even after that.

North Korean bullets were pretty much a case of recycle, to the point she refused to sell them on principle. Which was why she was often using the reloading bench these days instead of trying to import AK bullets after a few quality problems. At least until connections with certain nations' black markets improved.

Like right now. She wanted much more ammunition for her rifles. So, she'd make a day of it.

Nice round number of rounds

A little after 2 hours into her day project, Circe became aware of the noticeable problem. Bullets required several things to hand make as she was doing. Skill, equipment, materials, time.

She had plenty of all that of course, being herself with Brownie's Boon especially enhanced the last one. The problem she found though? Yeah, she'd only had a 100 shells for loading into.

Now, how many did she make today? 100.

Okay, the rifles were just fine then. Plenty of bang bang.

But what about her pistols? Oh, that she just bought bullets for with it being legal and all that.
