Public 4: Gave some good advice for dealing with my fetch.

Private 3: I know there's the whole fear thing but I think it sometimes falls along his own lines of belief. Also, man does he like to talk when you need a simple answer.
Private 3(Circe): You know if Titania's got a beef with him or knows something? She was imply he was trigger happy. At least that's what I think she was implying. She was kinda vague but I wanted to check.
