Kaze has been checking out the local stores in his neighborhood, looking for just the right setup, namely a private bathroom with a power outlet. He finds one in the local Target store on Riverside Blvd, just on the east side of the river. He really doesn't want to try anything out on the West side, at least for now, not if he doesn't have to.
Being on the store wifi with his phone isn't enough. Apparently they are security conscious enough, at least, not to have their cameras on the same wifi network that they offer to their customers. Or else the camera system is just too old and outdated to be wireless, and it's on a separate wired network just for the security system.
He plugs in his smart phone, using the charging cord to connect it to the power grid. Then he tries to cast, Circuit Television. And almost unleashes Paradox, except that he absorbs it into his body, painfully! And then the spell fails.

This time, he has success! Sure enough, he is able to view on his smart phone screen, the images from each and every surveillance camera in the entire store, including the external ones on the outside of the store building! He'd known about the spell in theory for years, as a Force practitioner, but had not known the required Space magic to make it work!
Note, the spell write up says to use a monitor, but I am assuming a modern smart phone screen would work fine. It also says that it makes the spell vulgar if you want to connect to cameras that are not on the same network, but are on the same power grid.
