When Jennifer spoke of it getting late, she takes out her cell and looks. Sure enough, it was late.

"As much as I would like to continue, it is getting late. But I would enjoy a rain check and getting together again soon." a text sent to her Ghoul letting him know to bring the car around. "Does anyone need a ride?"

The night winds down, it hadn't been a night to remember, but there were words of promises for next time, and Alice swallowed the pang of guilt. Forcing herself to remember the evening. Awkward dancing, with people who didn't come out to places like this often, if ever.

Tonight, might not have been one to remember but it was one with out death and responsibility, and for Alice, that counted for a lot.
