The Autumn King let out a breath in the form of a sigh. "It's gone. There is no poison here." His eyes keep sweeping the area, stretching out with his feelinging. "He'll have to start from scratch. Not an insurmountable task, but this one isn't his any more. I will keep a vigil on the Skein in case more appears, but for now he is quelled in this avenue of pursuit."

He moves over to Sera, gently taking her hand in the one not clutching the staff. "We should head back. All we can do now is watch."

Finally, a year with nights and nightmares, and Poison slick and seeking...is gone. The final foothold the Huntsman had to claw and crow and terrorise the Dreamers of Sacramento has been eliminated.

All while offering hope to three lost souls. Potential possibilities, a beacon upon an everyday street, that might lead them home.
