Cassandra begins singing to the tune of Favorite Things. It wasn't much and she had no idea what the Huntsman's actual story was, but she wanted to just put something down to start with. So many ideas being spitballed, at least she could contribute something to lead them in a pointed direction. And, of course, a Winter had to find a way to work sorrow in somewhere.

"Just a random tune and random words I came up with on the fly. I have no idea what the story is, but it is something to start with perhaps. Especially if it ends up on Tiktok. It needs to catch attention and be familiar. A siren song would be perfect in my opinion. Siren songs and haunting melodies are incredibly popular and tis the season. With Sera's voice, dressing Ellie to look the part. I think it could work. But, of course, we need the story."

She then looks over to Circe, "Cult?" Cassandra was not the most filled in on this that she knows of.

"You are absolutely correct there but it's not available in China and they most likely store the data outside of the country." Such a heavy censored country.

A look towards the Queen.
"Isn't it always better with strikes from as many different angles and ways as possible in order to spread the enemy thin or wonder which one is the diversion and which is the real aim?"

"No idea to be honest all I can say for sure is that the Spanish and Chinese markets are vast and the Chinese especially will have censoring. Seeing as they will not have direct access to TikTok" there were most likely work arounds though. "so can it be good to work it into areas and gathering places where as many people in the country as possible would find it. If it's needed or not is a different tale." Who knew how the Wyrd really worked?

Closing her eyes and taking in the song from Cassandra, it had a base of beauty to it but more would be needed.
"You're a really good singer." And it helped get the Monkeyburg out of her mind.

"Say Circe you're in the internet business do you have some means of getting some heavily followed streamer to talk of the video or get into some historical one that could mention it?" That would give them a quick boost.

"Oh ho ho ho!" John's words get a laugh out of Circe, she did indeed get what he meant about endings.

"Simple Titania," she turns to the shiny girl, "Step 1. Hack their accounts," Circe's smile widens, "Step two," raises both hands in the air palms up, "Step three, we profit." There is a pause to see who laughs. "Step 2 depends on what step 1 finds. Money, crimes, the original files from online, whatever it is I can think of quite a few ways ta attack them with it."

"Very pretty Cass," she applauds the singing, "That won't go viral, more likely bubonic."

No need to mention stealing in case anyone had issues with criminal conduct. Then looks to Cassandra, "Yes. Someone told me there was a cult following him. Mundy minions. Depending on how culty they are, other mundies might go after 'em when they're exposed."

As for Yamiyo's question, that had Circe wandering. "Getting the streamer ta talk isn't a hacking thing. It is a talking them inta it thing. Getting inta an old one?" she shrugs, "Depends on where they have it saved and how. If it is totally offline it'll be tough ta get inta. A turned off computer can't be hacked."

"Sera doesn't like to sing in front of others, though. Getting her to sing before the the entire internet might be difficult," Sonnie said to Titania, while continuing to practice her dance moves. Currently, she seemed to be doing the "Left Shark" dance.

"She'd probably be happy to help with sewing and whatever."

[James Turner]

A nod if agreement given to Titania as Cassandra's singing broke the chatter through the air and he listened intently. Letting the words sink in as he gave her a small applause of his own before thinking something over. "Something like that, yea. That's an end, it's poetic, it's a good start. If we can't find it's tale we might have to manufacture one and its ending. Good to see we're on the right track I think. Well done." He offered a small smile to Cassandra as the rest of the voices seemed to break his reverie.


"Again Cart before the horse Yamiyo, you're adding additional complications where there need be none yet. It's a wonderfully inclusive thought but we don't even have the basics covered before we go about trying to translate and re-interpret something in six different languages. I know you're polyglot and you want to be useful but we're not at that level yet and it just complicates things right now. Let's get the foundation built, the idea for the original down and then we can worry about additional languages, yea?"


It was curt, might have been a bit blunt but it was the truth. Why would they spend resources on something that might not be necessary? It's time and effort and it was likely Sera and Cassandra didn't know those languages anyway so it was a moot point. "Once we're in the writing phase if you want to write translations and add them as an addendum to the video that should work. But having six different versions of the thing dilutes it I feel." A shrug, he wasn't the social media guy.


A nod given to Sonnie, odd to see she was one of the few people actually on track right now. "Sera doesn't have to sing, I know she's capable of it but Cassandra's good too." A one shouldered shrug "Ok, ok, let's focus people. One task at a time, one plan at a time. Let's table Circe's digital warfare discussion for now as we're hear to address the plan of trying to re-write the hunters story.


"Ok so step 1 research. Yamiyo you're going to see if you can find anything at the libarary bring it back and connect with our Autumn's and see if they can't help. Are there any other occultists in the freehold?


"Step 2, writing. We use what we find and craft a tale subtly altering the tale to suit our needs. Cassandra seems to have a handle on the writing. Cassandra, recruit anyone else you feel comfortable writing with. Yamiyo can add sub-titles here to add in the comments or something.


"Step 3, design. Set and costume, I don't know who our builders are exactly. Sera on costumes makes sense a lot, we'll need someone to set the scene and stage too though. Do we know anyone with those abilities?


"Step 4, Filming. Once we have the tale crafted, the players dressed, and the stage set it comes down to actually filming and executing. I honestly have no idea what's involved with filming so I don't know what skills or who to recommend for it.


"Once that's accomplished the deed is done. Any questions or additions before we move onto other points?" Ok, so his approach had been a little formal, mayhaps even a little authoritarian but someone had to take the reigns before most people wandered off topic and nothing actually got done. He could see why Rhodes' could be short with people sometimes.

[Titania]

Clap clap, it's the sound her hands make as she stares wide-eyed, better, she listens wide-eyed at Cassie's performance.
Of course somebody had to interrupt her, because they can't have nice things, alright?
"Sera doesn't have to sing in front of an audience, all we need for is her recorded performance. Even though, Cassandra will probably do just as well".
Now, Circe's plan would have made a lot of sense, if only the Telluric knew about computers. Since she doesn't, all she does is nod along and offer an embarrassed smile.
"I'll help you however I can. So", she says going back to James, "let's start"

The Summer sighs in annoyance, having not been allowed to do battle. Granted it'd be one sided and victory was guaranteed with minimal risk to life and limb, but a win is a win.

But it looks like John was the man with the plan. She nods in agreement as he makes plans. Step 3 she might be able to help with. Her contacts weren't great in the industry but cheap props were, well, cheap and abundant. Plus she had a forge.

She also raises her hand when he asks about other occultists, "Amateur compared to Rhodes but I at least know more then the mundy hacks." Pride was showing. Oh and the other part, "Like I said, I know folks who deal in props. Could get us some stuff and I have my forge fer metal shit. Stages are a lil'," she shrugs, "Meh, but can't be that hard ta print out back drops, do a green screen, or bang wood together inta a shape."

After all if high schools used to be able to pull it off, why couldn't Changelings? So Circe would be contributing to steps 1 and 3. And planning her own attack once she got actual information on whom to attack. Red and black eyes dart to John with a hint of respect. He was steering away from information on the cult so she'd not ruin his plans.

Sneaky sneaky, she respected that.

Cassandra smiles appreciatively at both John and Ellie. They both got what she was going for, which was wonderful considering the others were either outright ignoring her or undermining her capabilities. Both she wasn't pleased with, but at least she was able to break up all of the extra chatter.

"Brilliant plan John," She smiles, blushing a little bit from his compliment, "And thank you." It was more a thank you for the applause, but the support was even more appreciated.

"I can definitely do the composing once Yamiyo can get me some Lore, and I can help with that if needed. I don't want too many cooks in the kitchen for writing, so I'll seek it as I feel I need help. Too many voices and it will get muddled." She's done composing projects before, after all. You'd think her accreditation would be enough.

Stop being envious of other peoples voices. You are a Fairest. You can make your voice be heard even over other Fairests if needed.

"If Sera is uncomfortable singing, I can do so as well," Her voice was no siren, but perhaps Sera could give her a voice lesson or two.

"I um... have new found skill in crafting, so if I have the time, I can lend a hand there too, but I don't want to spread myself too thin." You are useful and you are important. Yes. Pep-talks are good.

"What I more meant were if you had some contacts within the field Circe, to the best of my knowledge so does most hackers tend to have a little community around them and have various interests in the field as such I wondered if you had some who could help in that way."

Looking towards Sonnie with a calm smile.
"She wouldn't have to, if Titania can just lip synch it so could we add in Seraphina's voice over it meaning she would never be seen and no one but us would know that it was really her singing. With todays technology so would she just need the recording equipment and could do it alone."

Smiling towards James.
"I think you might miss the reason that I am going into this or I might have been to vague. As were saying it right now so are we talking about using TikTok as a heavy dependent but that isn't available in China, meanwhile there are two markets in China when it comes to the computer world. First you have the standard one and that one I could get into myself with ease. Then you have the one that uses various means to get around the governments policies on bans and so forth. So in order to get access to that so would we need Circe's help to look for the best places to distribute it." Taking a calming breath. "True we might not need to and it's an overstep but in case we do decide to do it so would it be good if Circe could start looking around at what kind of market we need to adhere to there, it shouldn't be hard but it would be good to have that information before we write to much."

Nodding towards him.
"You're step by step sounds like a very good plan." Taking careful notes. "I could help with some light modifications to clothes, nothing severe though or just lend my sewing machine to someone that's better at using it."

James' one-shoulder shrug interested the Beast, and she was imitating it. One shoulder, then the other, then back again.

Monkey see, monkey do.

Then she got bored with that, and moved on to giving Yamiyo an incredulous look. "Lip syncing? What are we? Milli Vanilli? Social media would pick up on that in an instant!" Sonnie shook her head defiantly. "Gotta be real singing! Sounds like Cassie has it covered, so no worries!"
