[Circe]

Circe's condominium is free of the signs of being unspirited on Halloween. Circe is ready and waiting in the living room for Yamiyo to arrive, a pair of glasses atop her head.

The living room has a few outfits lying about. A maid uniform, several Halloween masks, and a pair of white and pink polka dot pants. Circe may not have cleaned up after Halloween. Or perhaps one of them was meant for Yamiyo?

The Spring would just have to find out. Though the bowl of full sized candy bars said Halloween left overs.

This was a new experience, she had never really been invited to anyone's home before or well she had been to Cassandra's but never to someone that were actually established in the city.

Making her way up to the door after having taken an Uber, a Lyft and a cab to various different locations and then walked the last bit of the way. Perhaps overly cautious but better safe than sorry especially with all that was happening right now. Still wishing that she had worn something a bit warmer though her attire might have a purpose but it were not ideal for this time of the year and whilst her jacket did help so was it still a bit cold.

Taking up her mirror and checking so that she looks representable, fixing her hair a little before ringing the doorbell. Standing up straight as she waits for a response holding a giftbag in her hands.

Circe opens the door and stops. Her right eyebrow and ear raise as she tilts her head. Then she shakes her head but holds the glasses on top in place, "Well, spirited out fit huh?"

It was a lot more interesting then Circe's choice of sweatpants and tank top. But Circe was at home.

"Come on in," she motions for Yamiyo to enter, "Got a little something I worked up that could help. Hafta see what ya think, so come on in," she will close the door when Yamiyo enters, leading her towards the living room.

"Ya doing good? Ya want coffee or candy? I got plenty o' both."

Shuddering a bit, still feeling cold.
"You seemed to like the idea of a cheerleading outfit so when I saw this for Halloween so did I get it." It was a lot quicker than to try and get an official uniform.

Gets inside and takes of her shoes before following suit towards the living room, eyes carefully watching the home.
"It's a lovely home you have here, do you live here alone or do you have any pets or someone here?" Looking at the maid outfit and the Halloween masks as they get to the living room "Ohh you went as a maid with various masks for Halloween?"

"So what strange little thing have you cooked up and ohh sorry here." Handing over the giftbag "I hope I got at least one of them right."

"I think I heard that you liked these during the Summer coronation if I am not entirely mistaken?" Looking a bit nervous.

Lightly shaking her head.
"I am doing decent enough, keeping busy with studies how is everything with you? A glass of water would be nice, caffeine is not for me nor is candy I'm afraid."

[Circe]

"Well that is fair," she said on the outfit, "Looks good on ya."

"No pets yet," she shrugs and doesn't mention to Yamiyo how she went through roommates quickly. As for Yamiyo's question, "How do ya know I didn't decide the ta go trick and take those?"

Circe had in fact been trying out the glasses of disguise to see if she could change her looks each time she answered the door. It'd worked, given how a returning guy had asked if Circe's sister from earlier was still at home. "Or cheap shit fer the markets ya know."

"Well I, oooh," noting the bottles in the gift bag. "Yes tequila is very nice Yamiyo. Good work," she praises the Spring as she accepts the bag. "Guess more candy fer turning Sonny inta a blur, be right back with the water."

Circe had into her kitchen. And uses her surprise.

Circe returns with the water, vine glasses over her eyes, her hair greyer and her chin looks different too. "I don't know if it'll work fer ya, but it's effective on me."

Smiling.
"Thank you, I should probably have taken the weather into better account though."

Looking around a bit.
"Doesn't it feel lonely? I just recently enhanced my space to something similar and do fear that it will feel a bit lonely." Although being able to dedicate an entire room to books and reading were nice, the other extra room should probably not be mentioned though. "Ohh various masks at various places to play tricks and don't get recognized?"

"So did you have a pleasant Halloween? I had hoped that Rhodes would arrange some event but it didn't seem to happen so my sisters dragged me to a party."

Exhaling in relief.
"I wasn't sure which kind you preferred so I just asked for the most popular ones." Chuckling a bit "I always carry some candy for her and Fugly."

Watching over the maid outfit as Circe leaves, carefully studying lightly touching it to get a feel for it. Looking up as Circe returns, raising her eyes a bit.
"Wow that was a quick change."

[Circe]

"I have a workshop and a Roomba somewhere," was her response to the question of loneliness. Deflecting or indifference? Or had Circe given up on introspection. "Plus, I can stretch my legs here unlike my Hollow which is tight."

"No, I had other ways ta not be recognized at opening the door," she laughs at Yamiyo's theory. "I was making a joke about taking instead of giving. But I didn't ta kids." Circe had no problems this Halloween or doing business on it either. Not that Yamiyo needed that second part, "My house ain't covered in eggs so obviously it went well fer me. Still have a third of the bars though. Hope ya ladies had fun."

She nods at the talk of Sonny and Fugly. Treats for the adorable beasts, makes sense. "Yes it was," she taps the glasses, "We are the Lost and thus we can cheat. Want ta give it a whirl?"

"Ohh is the Roomba made special in some way or dressed up to look in a fun manner?" Looking around for it, wondering how the summer Queen might have redesigned the thing. "I know the feeling besides it's always nice to have extra room even if you don't always use it." Albeit I will probably get a cat if I stop living in the sorority.

Chuckling a bit.
"Heh for a second there I thought you went trick or treating yourself and used the masks to go to the same houses over and over again." Maybe a bit childish but she could see Circe and Sonnie doing it together. "Damn I would love to hand out treats to kids or have a little one to go trick or treating with." Barely ever managed to get out myself. "I didn't think that kids came to building like these though, thought they mainly walked in suburbs."

Looking at the glasses in admiration.
"It would be an honor, how do they work though?" Biting her lower lip a bit and looking at the clothes laid out. "So there are no real reasons for these clothes being out?"

[Circe]

"Nope, just a vacuum," Circe wished she'd thought to do that. Yamiyo does get Circe to laugh at the idea of repeat visiting houses. "I'm a lil' too tall and buxum ta pull of trick or treating. And it ain't like I'm actively trying ta deter kids from visiting. Think word got around I was giving proper bars and not fun size, drew 'em in."

Though at the thought of going out with kids, Circe was against that. She'd take them pranking not candy hunting. "Consider working at Funderland next year and ya could do something close ta it. While I'm sure we could pull off being chaperone's without complaint," she waves her hand in the negative, "I find it pleasing that we don't have any kids in the know about our special community." The only thing worse then Lost children would be annoying tag along kids like they add into so many movies. As for the issue of the glasses that was easy enough to explain.

"Easily Yamiyo, very easily." Circe removes the glasses and the apparent changes instantly fade. "It is Hedgespun so ya just poor Glamour inta it and it'll serve ta help ya look how ya want. At least it works fer me that way." Circe offers Yamiyo the glasses, "Had ta use some of my hair ta make it so if ya want something like that, I can spin one up fer ya. Uh, if it works."

Her eyes growing wide in surprise.
"So you calm down when you're at home?" That sounded rather logical actually, laughing along with the Queen. "Well I'm quite small and petite think I could pull it of?" Would that be better or worse though? "I was just surprised that kids came into none suburban areas however kudos share the real pieces with the kids."

"I think chaperone would be more fun as you can really get around in the heat of things. Would have done it this year just didn't have anyone to be it for nor anyone with kids whom trust me enough." Nodding along. "There I agree with you, this world is not for them and the less who get into it the better." Child or adult the less the better but kids no that were even worse. "Still that doesn't prohibit us from getting involved in some big sister program, they have those right?" They had big brother programs so why not big sister? "That could be fun." Then again she loved kids.

Taking the glasses and slowly puts them on.
"So just imagine any change I want and then feed it some glamour and that's it? Anything else to think about or anything to avoid?" Or things that wouldn't work or would be bad to think about?
