A Formal Request to Duchess Twist

Your Grace, Alder Twist, Duchess of Sacramento,

I hope that this letter finds you well. My apologies in the delay in setting up the Ceremony, I became involved in setting up an appropriate pageantry look for it as it is our first Ceremony in some time. I had the hope of bringing the Ballo Della Notte to the forefront of our cousins' minds by requesting your permission to host our swearing Ceremony. I feel that it has the appropriate atmosphere for our important gathering as you have established a wonderful ambiance there.

As a side note, I am curious if you were interested in formal sashes at all as I had some made for our members with the idea of presenting them to be worn during the Ceremony.
