(2010) Sanctuary

[Aurora]

Shaking her head, “No worries Naga. And I’m doing ok, you?” she understood getting lost in a good book. A place she found herself in more and more lately.

A nod to Phoenyx and Kaze as they entered.

Looking to Winter, there was a slight shrug, “Nothing new from me.” Things were quiet.

Was Guru capable of being quiet? She wonders with a quiet chuckle to herself.

Campy gets a nod, laying low was a possibility. And rest was a good thing. “I won’t say no to some rest, so long as we don’t let our guard down.” Never do that.

Then a snort at Briar Roses comment. She wasn’t wrong. But it was still funny.

[Naga]

"This isn't a formal Consilium, Guru. So, ah, shoot away?" She volunteered the information to the Libertine.

Her eyes went to Briar Rose, and her lips twitched in amusement over the Shaman's line.

[Winter]

"Winter here", he raises his hand.
Strangely he's not bothered by the surf boy attitude, if anything, they all need some time off. "Magus Anima is the only other Free Councilman", he informs the newcomer, "he's strangely absent. Though he's a doctor, so you can never tell", for a Guardian notoriously shy with information, he's being loquacious.

[Campanella]

Campanella chuckled.

"Guru does like the good drugs. He is also a mean baker."

The Moros dared to gift the Shaman Shane with a quirky glance before his face stilled into studious seriousness.

"So. No imminent threats to report. Does anyone wish to share anything or bring up any agendas of their own?"

[Guru]

He laughed, snapped his fingers and pointed at Briar Rose.

“Too true, B-Ro, too true.” Guru wasn’t always the best at knowing where the line might be, he just stumbled blindly through the dark for the most part. Though when Winter brought up Anima he gave a little huh and looked around as if he just noticed Anima wasn’t present. Which was probably the case.

“Wasn’t just referring to that though. I’m still, like, an actual chemist as well as Alchemist.” A small shrug of his shoulders. “Just bein’ helpful.” Though when Campanella complimented his baking he couldn’t help but smile brightly. “Thanks! Shit. I should have made something for this. I’ll try and remember for next time.

“oh shit, it’s fall, we should totally like do a picnic out in the woods somewhere. Just like, us, outside away from sleepers. Just appreciating nature and shit as the seasons change. Nice little camping trip, where we could all get to know each other better.” Standing at this point, one foot back on his seat as he leaned forward.

[Puck]

This is why you don't spill every thought that crosses your brain. It was impatient to presume Rose and Winter weren't sharing their names and now? Well, he was still impatient. Everyone else just didn't know that yet.

At the mention of drugs Pucks eyebrows shot up. It's a gut reaction from another life. One of many things he hadn't reevaluated since his awakening, and his eyes bobbed back and forth between BR and Guru as he forced a smile and a laugh.

"That's...neat." His attention is now more fully on Guru.

"Camping sounds great! I haven't been since before I awakened."

Talk of security and shit like that was mostly ignored. It's not a new guys problem, and people seemed to mostly just be reporting that there was nothing to report. Which kind of beckoned the question why they reported at all? Questions for later.

"You got a spot and time in mind?" His attention settles on Guru. Someone's ready to go.

[Aurora]

It was odd that Anima wasn’t there, but, it wasn’t a Formal meeting, so, whatever.

A shake of her head to Campanella, nothing new to share, nothing new to report. Things were….quiet. Perhaps too quiet? Was it a calm before the storm? Or were they being given a much need breather? She leaned more toward calm before the storm. In their world, quiet was never good.

Camping? She wasn’t really a camping type girl, despite her Path.

“I might join that for an afternoon, bring some home-brew.” Not overnight.

[Puck]

Welp.

If you ever need to silence a room in Sacramento? Camping. Who didn't have an opinion on camping? Starry skies, mosquitos, lower back pain. Everybody had something to say about camping.

"Cool." He's smiling as he backs towards the door. "Maybe leave a post it note with a date?"

It's getting late, and Puck has somewhat-but-really- important things to do.

"Nice to meet you all, look forward to talking again. Have a great night."

Still smiling as turns, he leaves the Circle the way he came.

Five days with no activity and two days till closing. Puck exits the scene.
