[Twist]

Her slow wandering through Court seemed a mirror for Court at large. At least until she heard Dirt Nap talking.

Seriously talking.

Maybe she had simply always been pre-occupied with her own conversations, but it seemed that this was the first time she had heard his voice go on longer than a few sentences.

BoredIntrigued, she let her steps carry her closer to mostly, to her, unknown Kindred and the Seneschal.

"Hopefully, I'm not interrupting," she said softly at an appropriate break.

[Alice Hart]

"You are never an interruption Your Grace." Alice says, as Twist draws close. The Doll bows, strings pulled and jerking. " Dirt Nap and I were simply speaking of his work."

Mable gave a deep nod to Ale, "Your Grace. I hope your evening is going well. I could take Mr. Heinrich to the alcove and reread the laws with him if you would like."

[Edward Heinrich]

Edward rose from his bow uncertainly. While many of the physical tells of anxiety passed with undeath, the mental ones remained. Her answer was revealing, at least to Edward, and in a sense, he felt more secure now rather than less. This long term sense of relief took the edge of his immediate fear.

"Thank you, your Grace. Your learning tool has been an effective reminder." His eyes followed the Prince's to Mable. "Keeper Wood," Edward gave a shallow bow. At her unsmiling question, Edward looked to Alessandra. "I would enjoy taking up your offer of trying again, your Grace. But, if you think it best, I shall be happy to review the laws with Keeper Wood."

She takes into consideration what Mable says, and turns to Edward. Curious if he would have anything to say on it.

“I’ve found Keeper Wood to be intriguing company to talk with, and think it would be time well spent.” She enjoyed talking with Mable. “And should the conversation take longer than expected and we aren’t able to speak, you’re welcome to reach out and we can setup a time to meet outside of Court.” Not an offer to extend to all. But she wanted to give him the chance.

"Thank you, your grace." Mable said quietly.

Then to Edward, "Shall we?"

Edward bowed in response to the Prince's words, "you honour me, your Grace. Farewell." He then follows Mable.

[Twist]

Leaving Alice and Dirt Nap to their continuing conversation, Twist will offer a curtsy toward the Prince before making her way toward the door.

Unless stopped, Twist heads into the night.

Mable watches Edward leave and she just stands there watching court.
