The Arrow watches things unfold, leary of how this Concillium will work. Already people looking to ID spells and Anima greeting people like this is the best day of their lives. Didn't he know that overly cheery people made everyone uncomfortable?
Oh well.
"How are you doing?" Phoenyx says tentatively to Aurora.
Kaze quietly nods back to those who acknowledge him, managing a smile for those who smile, including Phoenyx's subtle, fleeting expression.
He looks around, taking in the size and composition of the attendance, noting Shodan's lateness with a slight and fleeting expression of his own, a frown of concern for his friend.
The lone defendant stood out to the Enchanter. The absence of Shodan even more so. Pixel's chattiness paled in comparison to the motor that ran his mouth. Instead of talking about business and important things, Abacus decided to something...informal.
"You alright?", he asked Kaze. It's muted concern. Polite, maybe even inviting. Anything to soften the edges.
Briar Rose, sorta, just, sits. Watching Naga's introduction, and the others ambling into the Circle. So far it was...calm...? Definitely has a, maybe not relaxed, but not as aggressive an atmosphere as she was used to when it came to Sacramento's Consilium.
It was kinda weirding the Shaman out.[s]but not as much as anima's #blessedWhatever. She's kidna jealous of the chinchilla of infinite snacks though.
Was there anything on the docket for today?did they have a docket?
what was the definition of docket? Where did the phrase come from and why was it in her vernacular?
morganwouldprobablyknow
she heaves a sigh, and shrugs into her claimed seat, watching the others. While chewing on her lip.
Might as well get business out of the way. The sooner they announced their judgement, the quicker they could elect a new Hierarch, the sooner he could excuse himself from some annoying companies.
He springs up from his seat and makes his way toward the center of the room. "Shall we commence?", he asks the other Councillors.
Spells: Mental Shield [pot 1]
Campanella allowed himself to settle in the seat. Settle and spread out slightly. This was a new pose from his usual contemplative - and less spatially expansive - posture. Was the movement a little forced, a little... obvious... yes.
He watched to see how the other Awakened would respond.
The Moros eyes bounce over Abacus and Kaze . They linger on Pixel - a curious move: one that did make sense, but one which also left a linger disquiet. Campanella's eyes swivelled to Naga ; bounced briefly over to Winter and the rest of the Council. Then alighted firmly on the newly arrived Ladder once again.
It was clear to the observant which interaction interested the former Hierarch more.
Impressions are probably still important, right? Still new-ish...
Thus, Tyche donned one of her only suits. The collection would probably be alarming if Old Man Winter had a look, but, hey, ya girl has a few.
Slipping in, she saw the group already gathering and found purchase near Winter, content not to derail anything by spouting out a hello to the new face. They'll meet later. Once she's settled in, Winter gets a smile before Tyche grants Star a nod and wry smirk, remembering their last meeting at Shodan's shindig well. The Acanthus then leans against the wall. Watching.

Oh my, look at old man Winter take charge. Anima takes his seat, stiff back resting against stiff wood, aura returning to an unencumbered state.
He raises a finger at the question and nods once, then lowers the hand back into his lap has his legs cross. Let us begin.
Naga's eyebrows raised in mild surprise at Pixel's request, "Brainwashed mages? I suppose that is something I'll have to ask you about later."
A brief scan of the gathered faces showed nobody objecting to this, so she stood up and straightened her jacket. "If it will put minds at ease, so to speak, I'll be happy to oblige. A simple Knowing Practice will suffice, I hope."
A short syllable of the High Speech released from her throat, and the spell was cast. The rough golden glyph slithered it's way into existence for Awakened eyes. Even her Identity in the center had a certain ophidian flair to it.
The presence of so many minds in the room registered to her spell instantly... though there was an odd void where Winter sat. She smirked a little, realizing what he likely cast earlier. No matter.
The Warlock waited to allow anyone interested time to scrutinize her glyph.

Sense Consciousness, Potency 1. Ties to the defender against Winter's Mental Shield.
"Just an example." He smiles and nods in affirmation of her second question. He looks to her golden glyph, his own mind opening to her detection without issue. Swiftly the Free Councilor picks apart her signature, memorizing it for future reference.
"And we're good to go. Have a seat and I'll leave a note for you when I'm ready to meet."
He continues smiling before looking for a seat near the rest of the Council.
"Ready when you all are."
