A letter is left outside of the Guardian wing of the Circle, the opaque envelope marked "Mr Winter ".

Inside is written the following in a small, very neat hand:

"Mr Winter,

There have been some unregistered members making use of facilities close to ours, and as one of our senior members want to make you aware in case you wish to pursue any action.

I would like to discuss this at your soonest convenience. If you could visit our offices, I am available after 7pm most days.
