He offers the newcomer a polite nod but he doesn't shake her hand, wary of swapping sympathetic ties with somebody he has just met.
"Sure, as soon as possible", he says, "Guardians have a way to recognize each other, but right now, it's better to let her sort the Official business first", deep inside he's thinking hard about any possible contact he might have in Texas. Guardians work in cells, whoever sent the girl had an Agenda or ties to the city. Or the girl was a liar, they all were.
He looks to Tyche suspiciously when she asks about Libertine numbers. It's important to remember that this Enchanter may be polite, even nice (at least nicer than Winter, which to be honest is a low bar to pass) but she was still Diamond. And the part of it with which peaceful coexistence was the hardest, if it was possible at all.
"There's enough of us to give the rest of the Pentacle a healthy headache" He answers with a small smile before asking a question of his own "Why do you ask?"
She didn't ask about the Arrows. She didn't ask about the mystagogues.

Striking LooksSpeaking of healthy headaches, a wild Pixel appears!
Fading denim shielded the Warlock from the winter's cold embrace. Which was really to say it was seventy degrees in Sacramento and this was what he wore on laundry day. His typical golden glyphs were visible to all, as was the messenger bag he kept as his other frequent accessory.
Many of the faces were familiar, and he did his best to smile to each as he entered the room. He was visibly flustered though as he entered the building. Maybe the distance he had come, maybe the day he was having. He did however perk up at the sight of a new face.
"Oh hey." He waves to Tyche as he takes his final steps toward the group. "I"m Pixel. Voter of the Council of Free Assemblies and Councilor of the Path of Scourging."
So formal it almost hurt the Libertine to say.

Campanella emerges from the cloister. No longer dressed in robes, he nevertheless appears in a crisp new blue suit with a claret shirt and a crimson handkerchief carefully folded in the jacket pocket. A few strands of hair are out of place, but the Moros looks in much better shape than he did at the end of the last Consilium.
But now the former Hierarch is openly shielded and carries an active sight: two Glyphs hover in his aura, slick, grey, lacking in obvious resonance.
He joins the gathering with a sombre air and offers Tyche a simple nod.
"Campanella, of the Mysterium."

The Arrow inclines her head slightly to Tyche, and lets the flow of conversation carry her away. Winter is as tight-lipped about the Guardians as expected - he is not the kind to blather anyway. It was a reason she found him oddly reassuring.
She rolls her eyes at Shodan, but his reply to the question of the new Magus touches her lips with a smile. Lately the Free Council seemed to fight within itself as much as with the Diamond.
Pixel gets a small smile, Campenella a respectful nod. "Perhaps we should relocate, rather than gather in the corridor," she offers to the rapidly gathering number of mages. "The quad, or main room perhaps?" she offers lightly.

Striking LooksTyche's smile remains, but her brows raise in surprise as her Recognition comes and goes without incident or ceremony. Quick and efficient, though it did leave the Enchanter to wonder if her Councilor had suspected her coming. Fate had a lot to say when mages listened.
At Winter's distance, Tyche's glances at her hand before mouthing a small 'oof' before letting it drop.
"Perf," she says, granting her fellow Guardian a nod, "We'll exchange details soon."
Shodan's comment earns a small laugh, but his question earns a shrug.
"Just curious," she says, "Don't always get to chat with any of ya."
Tyche had served as a liaison for the Orders. The Free Council was... considered something else.
"Hey, Pixel," she said, shooting the Mastigos a finger gun. Her eyes widen lightly as he mentions his position, her expression relaying that the Acanthus was impressed. "Tyche, Path of Thistle."
A Councilor this young? Watch this one, B.
"Pleasure, Campanella," she offered as the sharp dressed man announced himself.
She'd grant the Arrow a nod as a hand raised to push hair back behind an ear.
"Sure, I wasn't expecting this many folks to happen by, but... why not?" she said.
It would give her a chance to observe them more. Identify assets. And liabilities.

He intended to follow the crowd before there was such a thing and made his way into main room. In the interim but nonetheless temporary solitude, his fingers quickly graced his eyelids, the glyph but one symbol among many strings of computation...only for his equation to fall apart. Opening himself to the Sybil's Sight was usually quite effortless and this sudden rupture unsettled him greatly.
Albeit, he had wanted to take a closer look at the Guardian across the Loom of Fate to determine the presence of knots and cross-cutting threads. He dared not go deeper than a cursory glance, for the time being. Due to the lack of sympathy, he doubted any real success.
Oh well, he'd have to learn the old-fashioned way and try again later. For now, he would wait for the smattering of Councilors and the otherwise-inclined to make their way into a more befitting place to converse.

Embarrassing when you can't get it up.
Sight. Shield. Whatever. This is why you do that stuff in private. Like binging on ice cream or watching something unforgivingly stupid like 'Nailed It'. If anyone's keeping score, the angel could have been a gargoyle by now: he's back in the same alcove. Off to the side, it affords a good view and a generous stone sill to sit in. Reasons enough that no one should ever wonder the real one.
He'd gone through the Guardian section looking for answers on Spirits, but all he'd found was a hidden note from Zodiac chastising anyone thinking that there'd be anything of importance written down and lying around.
...which he totally put back for the next person to find.

So, Campanella is different. And it's not the lack of robes - it's the fact that in the past...three, four months? Maybe even longer than that. He had no obvious glyphs hovering about. Today this changes. Without scrutiny the Obrimos can't tell what those spells are actually meant to do, but he's more interested in what kind of message the mystagogue wants to send.
Still, with nothing to go on trying to guess is a pointless endeavor, and his attention returns to Tyche.
"That can be arranged. I have a flexible schedule, so we can... chat whenever" He says to the Enchanter "If you'd like"
Although Shodan has a nagging suspicion that it will be more like sniffing at each other, rather than exchanging life stories and dog pictures.
