Already, the wounds from pack's assault are beginning to knit themselves closed in the most inhuman of ways. His dance around wildly, making him look even more unhinged. He lunges again, this time at the wolf that bit into him so savagely. He attacks with a determined assault, knife weaving chaotically before he darts in to stab at the over-large wolf.
The dangerous knife flashes and plunges deeply in the hulk beast that Matt, a spray of blood splashes across Tommy's face, giving him a grisly visage.

The creature that was Tommy showed a portion of his nature as his wounds grossly stitched themselves back together.
Still, even as her inner hunter called for this thing to be destroyed, she would endure and give Bleeds the time he needed to get the kid away.
Another measured strike, empowered by her Gift of Strength, plowed towards whatever this 'Tommy' was.
However, the Pale Wolf was growing impatient. They had to end this quickly in order to ensure the Herd did not interfere. If the pack could not... she would.

The combat is a dizzying constellation of swirling movement as the pack swarm in on two- and four-legs.

I sprint, the child cries, leaves and branches grab at us as we hastily break through the brush. Finally I stop, confident we are well out of sight from the melee by the tree.
