[Saber Sloth]

For Sonnie Wu and anyone else who's following her!

Sonnie leads the charge! Down the hall and to the right, she finds another slate wall, with a large window showing all the squirming, wiggling, tail wagging puppies! To the left of the window is the locked door. On the wall opposite is a sink, with plenty of soap and hand sanitizer.

Further down the hall, the barking of larger, adult dogs can be heard.

[Sonnie Wu]

The glass of the window squeaked as Sonnie pressed her hands and face against it in her rush to see the puppies! "Hi guys! Omigawdyurallsokewt!" she greeted the happy pack of baby dogs, barely containing her excited giggles.

Focus, dummy! We're not actually here for the puppies!

Biting her lower lip, she looked over towards the kennel where the adult dogs were kept, then back to the puppy room window.

The Beast understood the danger.

If she entered the puppy room, she may never come out.

Buuuuuut, I should make sure Boy isn't in the puppy room. After all, he's young!

Made perfect sense!

Proud of her logical deduction that was in no way an excuse to play with puppies, Sonnie waved Titania over as she unlocked the door.

[Titania]

She tried to peek over Sonnie's shoulder, but the Gorilla (she got an upgrade apparently) was obstructing the sight with her fur coat hair.
Still, the puppies weren't the only thing on her mind. She heard the boy sound so cynic, so fatalist and she just couldn't give up on the poor girl. Did he really think all hope was lost?
"Be troubled no more young squire", admittedly the child didn't really look troubled at all, "for I'm sure somebody somewhere must have brewed a miraculous concoction, no doubt the young lady's ailment will be cured in no time", despite her nonexistent grand effort to keep her voice low, it was really hard to conceal her golden promise, especially when she was smiling like a maniac.

Sonnie opens the door, to the sound of puppy wuffs, and tiny squeaks. A few brave pups, run over to the opening door. Some intent on escape, while others snuffle against the Monkey's legs.

Titania's voice calls down the hall from where she's standing near her fellow Spring, it's losing some of it impact by the distance now between the front desk and the hall that leads towards the dogs.

If you want to do a quick look around at the puppies, a Perception check would be great, but if you want to do a more thorough inspection I would need an extended, Wits+Investigation and remember Clarity will effect Perception

[Sonnie Wu]

Sonnie gave Titania an odd look, not certain what the Bright One was talking about when she was the only one in earshot. Shrugging, she entered the puppy room and struggled not to break into giggles as she bends down and tries to keep the approaching puppers from making a jailbreak. Hopefully Titania will enter before any squeeze past her. "Oh, hi hi hi! You're all so adorable! I love you! And you! And you, too! Man, I really need to learn how to speak dog."

That said, the Beast does try to make a clean sweep on the occupants. Without a picture, Sonnie has to rely on Momma's description of her son as she examines each and every canine in the room.

[Titania]

Aaaaaw, they were so cute. But the Fairest is here on a mission; she can't let those fluffy waggly tails distract her from the goal.
Besides, one of them could be the vicious hob-dog. That one didn't deserve any pet or biscuits. Ok, maybe a biscuit or two, but no milk, that's final. But which one?
"Ehm, Ehm", she clears her throat, " "Which one of you is the bad puppy who bit that little angel of a girl outside?", well, if you want to know something, just ask nicely. Duh!

[Saber Sloth]

Sonnie takes her time, picking up and snuggling and cuddling, and petting and d'awwing examining each of the puppies. They're all puggy, all too big ears and too large feet. Puppy fat and seeking snouts. There seems to be a little of small cream pups, chuffing and mouthing over presented fingers. A few black and tan boys and girls are sleeping in a pile. While a shaggy mop of a pup keeps tripping over his feet.

No, Boy, with his arrow markings and his black socks.

Mama Dog, had said he was just a little boy, but was that only a mother's rose colored glasses?


Titania's question is met with happy barks. The puppy pile moves, or one of the ones at the bottom does, wanting investigate the new voice.

[Sonnie Wu]

The Beast sighed wistfully. Okay, so no Boy here. At least she got to be around all these super cute widdle puppy babies! She smiled sadly as she struggled to extract herself from the canine mosh pit that surrounded her. "Okay, this room's a bust. As much as it pains me, we gotta move on to the main kennel. We're on a bit of a clock here. So! Sorry, puppies! I'm afraid we must leave!"

She turned to the door, and laid a hand upon the handle when she realized she was still holding a little terrier pup in her other arm. "Oh, whoops! I guess you gotta stay, too!" Giggling, she set the little doggie down. "C'mon, Starlight. Let's go. And maybe this time don't accuse Boy of a crime? We're gonna have a harder time getting him out of here if he thinks we're here to punish him."

With that, she moves to leave the puppy room and not let any of the babies out.

[Titania]

Gosh, those pups were a lot more secretive that she had originally anticipated. They slowly advance toward her, working their magic with their large eyes and it was only thank to Sonja's words that the enchantment was broken. She nods to the monkey before she follows her lead.

[Saber Sloth]

The puppies whine and give their small woofs, barking as mightily as their young lungs can handle. Some try to escape, but they are too uncoordinated to make a successful attempt, not with the Monkey and the Star watching to make sure they stay within the room.

They're greeted with a sign telling them them please wash their hands. Along with the sink, and the soup dispecer along with a large bottle of hand sanitizer.

Farther down the hall the sound of baying hounds is heard, the sound isn't letting up. A crying chorus, that has all with a barking voice up in arms.
