I am well, thank you. Wow, I didn't expect you to be willing to cover all costs. However, I do believe that a minor boon for the cost of the equipment, installation, and testing will be very agreeable. I accept these terms.

I run the farm in a fairly green manner, so the electricity is solar powered. Wasn't sure if that would make a difference.

I imagine the security system will operate as well as its energy grid. If you have confidence in the Farm's solar power then I have no issue, though if you would like me to evaluate the power output I can take a look.

Let me know when an opportune time would be to come over to install and test the security system.
