I wish to inform you of the appointment of Your subject, Bishop and Priscus of the Nosferatu, Patience, as Deputy. She has excellent combat ability that will serve You will in the enforcement of Your Laws. It is my recommendation that, as Deputy, she be considered for the Right of Tenancy, should you wish it.

May I also humbly request permission that the Office of Reeve, including its Deputies, be allowed to carry arms within Elysium to better serve in that purpose.
