Watching the scene through his binoculars, Jacob wondered why the crowd had suddenly stopped. What in the bloody hell is this place?
His feet itched, all he wanted to do was shift and howl in frustration. This wasn't exactly the trip he had been anticipating. No point in whining about it like a bitch. Go with the flow and endure the storm.
Jacob scanned the building for anything else that could give him any indication to this place but it would seem he just couldn't make out anything.

Brigit slips in once the rest have entered her vehicle. The Defender grumbles to life and, with little time to waste, Brigit pulls out and begins making her way to the destination.
Through it all, the Talon doesn't say a word, seemingly focused on the road - and the task ahead.

Nathaniel pauses as well. So long as he's in the crowd, he's safer.... Right? Just stay inside the Herd...
For now. When there was a moment alone, or a chance to slip by, he'd take it. And if worst came to worst... He could dive into the shadow. The prospect didn't give the pup much confidence, and he so wished he could risk a chance with his gifts to peer across the other side.
He'd have to invest in some sunglasses later.

SiteI'm just going to move things on to us pulling up at the Church to keep things moving.
The Defender pulls up near to the church. Meanwhile, on the back seat, what can only be described as a hedonistic display of gluttony was going on on the back seat, as Emily has gorged her way through three and half servings of tortellini.
"Uurrrrghhhhh..." Emily groans, burping loudly waving a defeaed hand at the takaway bags. "Take it away... please.... I can't eat any more..." She rubs a hand over her face. "Oh, are he here?" Great."
Wincing, Emily opens the door and half-steps, half-falls out of the truck, one arm wrapped delicately around her stomach. "Oh, Spirits... *urp*.... Okay. Wow. That as so. Good. But now it hurts. Fuck. Wait, is over-eating a thing? Nah, can't be. I'd have known by now. Okay!" she says brightly, looking to the others as she leans against a wall and pulls out one of her remaining cigarettes and lights it.
Moving on from her monologue, she inhales and blows smoke before looking at the gathered pack of Clarion Call. "Okay. So, like as far as we know, these are just Ordinary. Folks. So no funny stuff, okay? We just need to figure out what their deal is and get them to stop. Again. Hmm. Come to think of it, we never figured much out last time. But yeah. Regular people, so let's just... *urp* Urgh. Sorry. Let's just keep that in mind. 'Kay?" Emily smiles at them all, then winces again, rubbing her stomach.
So.. full. Urgh. But worth it.

At the Temple/Church
I'm moving this forward in tandem with Emily's recent post to bring the pack together. Jacob and Nathaniel can have taken some actions in the time between but nothing that involves entering or antagonizing the occupants of the building.
Despite initial movement that Jacob Wilson had seen no one else left the building. Instead the movement and slowed down and then finally couldn't be seen through the veiled windows. Likewise Nathaniel Dormur sees no one exit the building either, the bell doesn't toll again and the crowd gradually dispersed.
The double doors to the building remained open however, almost as if an invitation. And time passes. Then a Defender rolls up containing the pack, Emily Makerith Brigit Matt Joule exit in varying states of food-comas.
Now the Forsaken find themselves outside of a building with its front double doors wide open. The humans have left by now, at least those that were visible outside.

"Last time I went right in, and Alpha didn't like it." Matt rumbles as he gets out, stretching up and up and up as the exits the vehicle. He looks at the others. "Em? You calling this?" he asks Emily. "You want to look around first?"

As Matt initiates conversation with Emily, Brigit merely exits and leans against her Defender. The pack needed intelligence. Thus, Brigit would do what she could to help in that regard. Brigit's eyes would roll around the 'church' and its environs slowly. What was she looking for? Strange loiterers hanging out where they should, propped doors, cars that keep passing by... Anything anomalous.

The crowd dispersed. People moved... His opportunity to look around more.
He found a decent corner in the shadows, some place that might conceal his eyes. Just momentarily. Just a quick peek? It might confirm the Supernatural Theory he possessed, regarding faith as a magnet to certain spirits... And whether or not this 'Church' trucked with such entities.
But apparently not today. It didn't work. That was.... Unusual. Nathaniel gave a curse in the Spirit Tongue under his breath, hoping he hadn't missed out on anything useful.

SiteEmily groans, rubbing the edge of her pants. "Urrrrrgh.... worth it... Matt? Um, yeah. Sure. Well, last time we had no idea. Let's look around before heading in, see what we can find."
She watches Brigit go scout out the area, smiling. "Atta girl." She smokes her cigarette and burps smoke into the air.
The Crescent scanns the crowd, failing to spot Nathaniel Dormur moving through the passers-by. What she does see is the man also watcing the building. She sniffs the air, curious, and peers into the Hisil.

Folding the binoculars away and slipping them into his pocket, Jacob stood and started to carefully stride towards the building, as it seemed to have cleared out a little now. Still, he was glad he had his dagger strapped under his jacket. Blood dingos could be anywhere at this point.
