"I will be remaining in my office for this Court. The reason should be obvious, but unless I am absolutely needed, I will remain in my office finishing some paperwork."

Jacque pulls out his phone and reads the text. "Shit," he muttered to himself. He had wanted to sit this one out too, but the Prince was exercising her privilege.
He was curious what would be so obvious, but fashioned a general response.

Understood. We'll have to get out for our little soirée at the Art Museum sometime soon though.

Vivian didn't really fault Ale for wanting to take it easy for a bit. She didn't blame her in the slightest. Asa had done the same here and there, and sometimes showed up unexpected. Perhaps that would be a good thing for the Domain to see it happen.
