For deciding not to listen and missing out on potentially valuable intelligence in pursuit of his Order's justice, I will declare that Madcap fulfills his Virtue at the end of the scene. Good work!

Upstairs? Drum beats started upstairs on a stereo, confusing the picture a moment as Atticus's heightened senses kicked in. Was this motherfucker really having the man in the back say everyone attack?
But then he heard it.
The sound of a... twig snapping?
His Beast kicked. Little was outside. And he was trying to cover it using Sweet's classic.
"Damnit. He's outside." Atticus's voice is low as he looks to Madcap and makes his way toward the twig snapping. This was freaking stupid... If he was such a bad dude, why all the screwing around.

Atticus' statement catches Madcap off guard. Looking to him and back to the gas main, the Bruja decides to follow. If Little wasn't in the home, it made no sense to burn it down.
Now that Madcap knew what to listen for? He could hear them. The rapid pitter-patter of supernaturally quick footsteps on grass, followed by the distant crunch on gravel, the speed of it surely only possible with the aid of Celerity.
Atticus made it to the door and outside, head on a swivel, and about fifty yards from the house or so? A Beast, strong and sure, thundering at him and Madcap even as he looked up from where his hands were working on the ignition wires of Madcap's motorcycle. He had a sword on his hip, a rifle shouldered, and his eyes were peering up at the Gangrel like a cat.
We'll call it a contest at this point to see what happens first.
Extended challenge - go ahead and give me Stamina + Athletics versus Edward Little's Dexterity + Larceny. Roll to 10 successes and tell me how many rolls it takes. I'll do the same.
If either of you get to 10 successes in the same amount of rolls or faster than Edward (so you win the tie), you get to him before he can mount up and make a run for it on Madcap's motorcycle. We'll start a new Initiative roster at that point and go to a fight scene.
If he gets to 10 successes before you, he has successfully hotwired the bike and gets to making a run for it, which will lead to a chase scene. Cool?
Now, you've got to visualize it in your head for a moment. You come home. Your cat is on the kitchen table, and there's an expensive glass bottle of something you love there, a little to close to the edge. You enter, only to find your cat with his paw out, staring at you. You know what he's about to do. He knows you know. You know he knows you know.
Who's faster?
It's a little like that situation as Madcap and Atticus sprint toward him. It's like slow-motion. Footfalls pounding, arms pumping. Madcap's fury rising in his chest because that motherfucker is trying to steal his baby.
Meanwhile, Little's attention snaps down to his fingers, where he's working the wires as fast as he can, trying to hotwire the bike. Every second counted. Every millisecond.
Madcap pulled ahead of Atticus, closing on Little --
-- but not fast enough. His baby sprang to life for this thief, and adeptly, the Ventrue traitor spun his bike and took off down the road, leaving the would-be Axesworn in his dust. A hand came up, like a signal... as he arrogantly flipped them the bird.
Thankfully, they had one vehicle left. It wasn't over.

"Fuck!" Madcap yelled as his baby roared away, "Cowardly son of a cunt!"
The Bruja, however, was not idle, instead heading looking back to Atticus James .
"You gonna drive?" he asked, though the fury in his face made it plain the Bruja wasn't really asking, "Just get me close. I'd rather see my baby as a heap in a ditch than have a fucking traitor handling her wheels."
He ain't earned the right to sit in that seat!
The bike was more than Madcap's faithful stallion. It was a gift. A remembrance of his Blood. He'd be damned if he let some turncoat warm its seat.
