"Naw, you are." Atticus says as he runs to his jeep, tossing the keys to the Bruja. He rode bike, he had to be a better drive then Atticus. "Since ya put it that way, get me close and I'll either take out the tires or the man on the bike." Part of running the mission is being at the tip of the spear. No more tip then the guy hanging out of a vehicle at 80 mph.

Unfortunately, this is going to take forever by standard rules of back and forth vehicle pursuit rolls, and I'm about to go on vacation for quite some time. So I'm going to simplify this scenario some.
I'm going to need Drive challenges from the driver (Dex + Drive + Handling vs. Dex + Drive + Handling).
Go ahead and give me ten rolls of Dex + Drive, whoever is the driver. Add your vehicles Handling bonus as well. They may not all be needed, but I need them for calculation purposes.
Little's objective is to reach the Acceleration of your vehicle in successes (12). He has a small head start of 40 yards (2 successes). He rolls until he hits 12 successes - or until your successes match his at any given point.
If he hits 12 successes total without you catching up, he succeeds in escaping and he and Madcap's beloved baby roll off into the night.
Your objective is to catch his successes at any point in the chase. If you do so, you will be able to ram his vehicle, and I will write out a narrated badass conclusion about your victory.

Handling for the Jeep was constructed by referencing Atticus' older scenes with the vehicle, in which he described it as old and beat up. I think all of this is correct, if not let me know the correct values and I will reroll

Rage fueled Madcap's driving as he poured all of his heart and soul into the chase. The fleeing Little was ahead for a time, too - weaving around a car here and a raccoon dashing across the road there.
It turned out, however, that it was Little's twitch reflexes, wherein he decelerated to avoid said raccoon, that was his undoing. You see, Madcap was a Bruja. And Bruja gave few fucks, especially when you stole their fucking motorcycle. Blood sprayed as the Gangrel pursued, the vehicle's tire squishing the raccoon like a tube of toothpaste as he stayed the course.
Headlights illuminated right up Little's tail. The Ventrue looked over his shoulder with a look of panic. And then there was the scream of twisted metal as the much larger vehicle's engine roared and the motorcycle was overtaken.
Madcap's baby, tough as she was, wasn't designed to stand up to the sort of hit that it received. It slid over onto its side, and Little cried out as huge tires ran him over. There was a BUMP-BUMP as he went beneath the vehicle. Madcap's motorcycle flipped end over end, slamming against the concrete four, five times without a rider. It would never be the same again.
The van came to a stop.
The battered Ventrue came to his feet, wounded and bloody. Wounds began to heal, and he grit his teeth, drawing a gun and aiming it at Madcap, backing up as he lined up a shot --
-- and the gun clicked, jammed, badly damaged in the crash. Cursing, he drew his sword and leveled it at them.
"Come, then! The old bitch sent nobodies after me, did she?"
Atticus went left. Madcap went right. The Scholar swiped with his claws and the nimble swordsman dodged the strike, leveling a vicious cut across his belly in a riposte -- but Madcap dove in and wrapped his arms around the traitor's midriff and arms, tangling up his sword-arm. Little shoved him off and went to line up his sword, but Atticus James took his flank, a wolf hamstringing a mere man as his claws ripped down through flesh, muscle and tendon to hobble his quarry. Madcap's claws found purchase as well, tearing into the other side. Screaming in agony but not yet overcome, Little staggered back and ran Madcap through, staggering him, dropping him to a knee --
-- but in that moment, his arm was fully extended, and the gored Supplicant took it at the wrist. Blood sprayed as the sword hand and its weapon clattered to the asphalt. And it was in that moment that Atticus James leapt forward, crying out his fury and driving his claws through the Ventrue's throat, spine, and out the back.
Decapitated, the traitor fell.
Victory was theirs.

Sadly, Madcap's motorcycle is damaged beyond repair, but both PCs have earned their stripes to become Sworn of the Axe.
