(Noise) There's a what?

The poor, confused Beast just sort of stared at Titania for several long moments. She had completely failed to understand what the beauty was talking about. Her word salad sure was captivating, though. Slowly, Sonnie blinked her eyes and gathered her thoughts.

"You..."

No, wait, start over.

"I may have lost your train of thought, there, hun," she finally said, "and it may have also derailed and crashed somewhere."

Worried that she might hurt Titania's feelings, she jumped off the swing and went to her messenger bag, "You want a taco? I got tacos!"

[Titania]

"Remember, never do that. And if you do... Stop it, and get some help", she said solemnly.
She politely waved away Sonnie's offer and slid on the swing instead. "Ghosts DO exist, but you need to lure them out with the right bait. They just don't grant audience to anyone", with the help of her wisps she propelled her legs forward.

She quirked an eyebrow, still not following the path of Titania's narrative. Not completely, anyhow.

"Never do what, exactly? Eat tacos? What's Summer got to do with anything?" leaving her street tacos in her bag (more for her, later! Yay!) she went and gave the Telluric a gentle push with what felt like a hand, but was in fact one of her feet. "Huh, I wonder if it is a ghost, then? OH! Or maybe it's just an old white dude trying to buy the park to tear it down and build a mall and he's faking a ghost to scare away customers so he can buy it cheap! Mystery solved!"

[Titania]

"Wha... no kicks!", she turned around giving Sonnie a not-so-subtle scolding look. "The Summer solstice triggers the flowering phase, that's when the buds bloom. Just avoid those plants, they'll make your monkey instincts go in overdrive"

"Well, it's a suggestive hypothesis. But I can spot a flaw in it", she pushed her legs higher, "Let's say our suspect bought the property at a bargain due to its reputation for ghost hauntings. Then, who's to say that same process won't work against him afterwards? What if his tricks are what are luring the real ghosts here?". Elementary, Watson.

"Whee", she shouted with glee as her whole body was propelled higher, "you should save some of those tacos. Ghosts can't drink water, spicy food is anathema for them". Of course ghosts can't eat either, but the point was lost upon the not-so- Bright One

Sonnie rolled her eyes in amusement and used her hands to push Titania on the swing. "Okay, okay, no feet. Wait, buds? Are you talking about pot? Oh, Titty-anna, you are priceless! The only thing that makes my instincts go into overdrive lately is Jason Momoa! Mmmmm..." she grinned and drifted into a daydream while she pushed the star-child

After a minute, she snapped out of it. "Where were we? Oh, right, the Park Ghost Caper! Well, luckily I got two spare street tacos. They're not very spicy, though. Will they still work?" Beasts weren't terribly deep thinkers, either. Sometimes simple leaps-of-logic eluded the Savage.

[Titania]

She'd have to look that name up for her huh... scientific research.
Titty-anna, hmm. 5+ for the creativity. She had heard her name butchered in more ways than she could count, after all the British were a good sport. Nevertheless, her face took a healthy blush.
"We'll have to perform multiple experiments, I suppose. Some ghosts might have more sensible taste buds than others. If it's indeed a ghost what we're dealing with, I assume he wasn't very healthy to start with. Otherwise the thing would still be alive. So it might be susceptible to hypercaloric snacks", there was, after all, a method to her madness.

While continuing to push the Fairest on the swing, higher now, Sonnie nodded and thought about the logic of feeding different types of foods to ghosts. There was something off about the theory. What was it? There was a flaw in it she couldn't quite place. Some facet didn't make sense to her. Unless... could it be? Wait... wait... almost... there it was!

She snapped her fingers as the realization hit her. "Slimer, from Ghostbusters! He ate anything! Ghosts might not have the discriminating palette we think!"

[Alfonso Franco]

"Maxwell." The Crow slightly inclines his head in a nod to Maxwell J. Pierce.

He is alertly looking for any reflective surfaces that might have captured something useful when the sounds occur. He fails, possibly distracted by the nearby frolic, or possibly just in the wrong spot in the park at the time.
