The Circle of Creation, a nearly exact replica of Westminster Abbey and the pillar of the local Awakened community. A gem of gothic architecture amid a vast expanse of modern buildings. A potent occultation protects the marvellous edifice from the profane attention of the Sleeper population. Unlike the rest of the neighborhood, the Circle hasn't given away to the excess of Christmas, it lays bare, immutable.

It has turned into a habit, for the Guardian occupies the same spot he always does, two rows from the last, right in the central nave.
For the day he's donned a gray charcoal suit, somewhat elegant but nothing too luxurious. He draws from the cigarette in his mouth and exhales a puff of smoke. Contemplating in the quietness of the Cathedral.

Campanella arrives early in a crisp new business suit. As usual, he forgoes his magical defences out of respect for the Circle and the Consilium it represents.
His eyes linger on the Clock as he fiddles with his chunky cufflinks.
"Winter," he intones soberly as he moves to join the Guardian.

Kaze is still living in the barracks in the Arrow wing. He comes into the central area, standing in the back as is his habit, watching the doors as people arrive. He is wearing a brown leather jacket, solid black tee shirt, and black cotton trousers and black shoes.
A black peacoat over jeans with a fitted black t-shirt and aviator sunglasses, with his usual backpack - it was nothing strange, nothing odd about the Mastigos's appearance. Just wintered up and ready for the weather. His spells were quiet, but those who were looking for them with Sights could see that he had subtly woven Mana through his rituals to conceal them.
"Ah. Campanella. It's good to see you, Councilor."
He grinned at the Moros before nodding to his cabalmate and turning his attention to Winter.
"Good to see you, Guardian. How was your month?"
It had been a long time coming for Gemini to properly announce herself at Consilium. She'd only been back officially since Thanksgiving but her Mother was quick to get on her ass about meeting the proper folks, the leadership and such. While she shared some similarities with her Mother, she was definitely more the performer than her older counterpart ever was in her youth and her 20s. Politics were not so much her thing, one of the reasons she hadn't followed her Thearch Mother's footsteps. But it wasn't to say she didn't learn a thing or two from her Mother. As an actress, Gemini took it open herself to emulate her Mother in some regards, seeing it as another role she played.
So when the time came that she was to present herself at Consilium, Gemini dressed in one of her favourite dresses, a long sleeved purple number, the hemline just above her knees, her long blonde hair was tied up in a ballerina's bun while she wore a long black cashmere coat to keep herself warm. She took a seat near the back to watch the gathering play out.

Shed totally zoned at the last meeting, her mind elsewhere.
That needed to stop, she needed to focus on the here and now, and those around her.
This day, she vowed to snap back into her old self, at least if only for Consilium. She could be a zoned-out mess at home.
So once again she breezes into the building, black skinny jeans and white silk top. Her long hair flowed around her shoulders, her makeup near to none existent. The sound of kitten heels announces her arrival, as well as the smell of coffee. Which she brought again in a box to share.
Seeing familiar faces, she smiles, holding up the coffee,
I come bearing caffeine! announces the Shaman. The new face gets a smile.

This time, he came early.
Being his usual, uniqueness-chasing (or perhaps just attention-seeking) self, he wore a bona fide haute couture outfit. And if it made him slightly stand out on the street, in here it was like a neon in the dead of night. The conservative or casual clothes of the other mages were a stark contrast to his own style - but then again, it might be the influence of this building and its ancient outlook that compells others to humility.
All the familiar faces - Kaze, Winter and Campanella - get a respectful nod, and the Talon is greeted with an additional "Hey, man". If for no other reason then because he's standing closest to the Libertine. There's also two people he doesn't recognize. One of them hangs back, silent but the other - well, the coffee she bears is invitation enough.
"Hello" he says to the Thyrsus Councilor "Shodan, Obrimos Libertine. I came here last month, but, uh... we didn't get to talk."

"I will take a coffee, if you please." Campanella spoke directly to his Cabal-mate Aurora Orianna and made a gentle motion with his hand.
He turned slightly to Alastor and added: "We understand you have laid a challenge for the claim of Hierarch? When would this duel occur?" He took Winter Vincent into the conversation as well.

The sound of clear footfalls announce another Arrow as Phoenyx strides in, her long leather coat whipping as she walks. Another plain top and loose training pants combo are clearly visible beneath.
Making her way in, she hangs around the edges, a whispered "Thanks," to Aurora as she takes a cup of coffee before slowly making her way over to Kaze and Alastor. She stands behind them, almost like she puts them between her and other people, and sips the coffee with her dark eyes staring, drinking in the scene before her.
