    Alastor

Certain he had it wrong upon hearing final arguments, Alastor votes for Path. He seems particularly in agreement with most of what Campanella said.

Cricket thinks structure is a drag, but if they have to go with something – he’s voting Assembly style democracy. Though in the event of any sort of stalemate vote, thinks the five voices of Path Councilors should be used to break it -- Supreme Court style.

Langdon votes for Path Councilors. The structure that Campanella puts forward sounds reasonable.

    Nebula

Noticing she is unable to swing her fellow magi to adopt a simplistic approach based on cabals Nebula finally condescends to the more elaborate Path structure.

    Sand votes for Assembly style.

Reluctance is due to the inherent flaws of this idealized form of government.
Pros however outweigh cons (small numbers, unstable presence of individuals, lack of knowledge on all individuals, etc...)

Ideally would like to see an element of leadership emerge naturally. Be it Sigilholders or Heirarch. For balance.

The People have spoken. According to the vote, the Consilium will consists of 5 Counselors drawn from the Paths, and 1 Hierarch, the wisest amongst the city.
