The Arcade Library is a one story building with slanted teal rooftops resting on bright green landscaping. The building was well-lit and big enough to house several rooms dedicated to different pursuits. What Barnabas liked most about it was how it was just close enough to Downtown to not be anywhere near as cramped. The thought didn't make sense, but he liked the building and sentiment just the same.
Barnabas sat on a chair a little too small for him reading an issue of Uncanny X-Men. Behind his Mask, clawed fingers gingerly turned the pages as the Beast took in the exploits of Xavier and his students. He wore a black hoodie spun from thin fabric with a worn blue blazer over it. His green pants were crisp and freshly pressed. His toes curles and flexed in Birkenstocks that had yet to be broken in.
He was early. If he finished this issue quickly he could go and see if the library had the next one in stock before he had to meet Sasha .
