Rhodes strolled along the sidewalk in the evening sun when he saw it. Garden Grounds. A smile tugged at his lips - so many of the Gentry used Gardens and the metaphor for their prisons, including his own, and the idea of grinding those memories to dust was strangely enticing. The wordplay was just entertaining.

Word about the coffee shop as a safe space for members of the freehold had spread slowly, and Rhodes wanted to try his luck on a chance encounter with more of the local changelings. Maybe find some kindred spirits to talk with.

The Flowering Fairest enters the coffee house, the icy wind rippling through the store. He takes the room in. Nice place. He orders a coffee (black americano) and drops into a corner, pulling out a worn book and begins thumbing through the pages.
