Cecilia also gets a 9, so since she has a higher initiative modifier (+5) she goes first.
Maybe the woman sees something dangerious in Aimée's eyes, or maybe she just gets some sort of intuitiion, but for whatever reason, Cecilia makes a dash for the bathroom, Aimée right behind her. She makes it into the bathroom and slams the door shut, Aimée on the other side.
Cecilia hasn't had time yet to lock the bathroom door. If Aimée wishes to force the bathroom door, it will be opposed checks, Strength + Athletics.

Aimée actually screams out in frustration, as she uses her blood to gain an upper hand at opening the door. Even as she clung to the handle she spat out lies, hoping Cecilia would fall for them again. "It's a test! Get out of here and face it!" Her voice was a hoarse shriek and her eyes darted around in rage - her Beast was lose, but she kept It in check for now, even if barely so.
"Here's John- uh, Aimée!"

Aimée hits the door with everything she has, and it turns out everything she has is a lot more than Cecilia has. She slams the door open, knocking Cecilia back into the porcelain sink. She cries out in pain and grabs in her purse, pulling out some small object, cylinder shaped.
"I don't know what you're on, but stay the fuck back!" she yells.

The sound the escaped Aimée's throat at the sight of the gadget was a disgusted snarl. "Shouldn't have fucked with me, won't fuck with me again." The point that Aimée started the 'fucking' completely eluded her, but even if she had thought about it, it wouldn't matter. She was completely convinced of the fact that she was in the right.
She pumped some blood through her system, making her no more than a blur for that small moment before she was directly in front of Cecilia, her face a grimace of determination and wrath.

Having just used her blood to quickly cover the admittedly short distance that was between the women, Aimée's blow had relatively little force behind it, but it connected. It was more like a slap, nothing really lethal, but Aimée had time and something told her that she wouldn't grow tired of beating up Cecilia any time soon.

Cecelia cries out as Aimée strikes her. She points the item in her hand - a small aerosol can of pepper spray - and tries to spray it into Aimée's face, but fails.
"Get the fuck off me!" she screams.

The pepper spray just added to Aimée's wrath. How dare she?! With a howl she threw herself at Cecilia, trying to break a nose, a cheekbone - anything - but her attack did little more damage than last time.

Cecilia attempts to hit Aimée, but appears to no effect; her punch glances harmlessly off the vampire's shoulder.
