The Wraith thrashed in the watery depths, as a siren song echoed sinfully in the air. Entrancing the Doll, drawing her closer so that she could wreck herself upon the rocks.
The temptations was powerful, her Hunger even more so, but held firm. Let the Wraith thrash, as long as it didn't slip loose her control.
She would not become an animal.
Amethyst sunglasses perch upon a too-perfict nose, hidingeyeless socketssightless eyes from the world. A folding cane was held loosely, but surely in bone pale fingers. Sweeping in front of her, an act nearly a year in the making allowing her to appear like a normal little blind girl...even if she needed to squander the precious dregs of vitae in her veins to achieve the full effect.
Tonight's effect is not perfect. It cannot be perfict. The bloodless gaping holes in her prevented that. The dregs of blood was spend to close at least one of those wounds. The most obvious. Every other Brood given perforation was covered in layers of fabric. Too much for a night like this, but Alice was a hair away from a Breach on a normal night, never mind when didn't even have enough Blood left in her to Rise as dusk dawned tomorrow.
The Wraith turns, and turns and turns again. Away from the plentiful streets until the siren song is a faded memory.
Here is where she will hunt.
Damn her morality, damn the Italian Savage, but damn her Hunger more.
For hours Alice stalks the these barren streets, and for hours she comes up empty until at last, she happens upon something furred and small. Less then what she needs, and far, far less then what she wants.
The creature's blood pools in her mouth and as she swallows she feels the other bloodless gaping wound close, as if it never was.
She drops the creature, it gives a whine that would have pulled at the heartstrings of a younger Alice, but the older hungrier one walks on, need more.

Alice heals one Lethal with her base pool, and heals another with the fresh blood she's gained from hunting!
