(Alien Call) Preparations

Cross listens as Alice issues her directives and then answers simply: "Understood."

While Longstreet gathers evidence at the scene, the Burned Man departs to fetch his car. He arrives shortly, positioning the car for easiest access to the back door of the garage. With Longstreet's help, he'll haul the orb, dwarf, and other materials out to the vehicle, stopping just before the edge of the alley to make sure the coast is clear.

If it is, he'll lead the other Haunt to the car, quickly directing him to place the orb and binder in the trunk. And wedging the homunculus in its jar in the gap between the back seat and the driver's seat. He's not going to let that thing with its strange contents roll around his trunk after all. When the jar is secure, he pauses, attempting to pull the shadows around it.

With that, he leads Longstreet back into the garage to fetch Alice.

Both Roberts agree and movement is heard as they set about their tasks. This was still weird. To tell someone something and then to have them do it. Like she had a right to issue orders, but she really did have that power. It was something she really needed to remember, she was more then just a random Haunt. More then her Wraith, which thrashed, and hissed as she thought of it. She was more. A thought to keep close.

Her Robert's scent comes close as the sounds slowly die down, "Good." she says, a hand reaching into a pocket for the lent phone so that once she was in the car she could call the Alchemists.

Sitting, the Doll pressed a button and waited for the call to connect.
