Alice was on hands and knees, and she was on the floor.
Blood was on her face, on her tongue...her tongue, gods. She gags, there were...bits covering her tongue! Globs of-of flesh rolling around her mouth. The Haunt gags again, because those bits of flesh rolling around in her mouth were not whole, they were not fresh and Alice didn't know if she'd ever get this taste of rot out of her mouth.
Gagging, she spits the rotting flesh out of her mouth and onto the floor.
These floors that have seen so much death, had just seen one more.
