Lot of staring and talking about doing the things but not actually doing the things :P

1 Success on a Instant (Wits) Investigation roll tells Jacob there's a couple of good looking women around.

Actual Investigation rolls will require 30 minutes per roll as an Extended Action, and can be Teamworked. Anyone not down with that is free to skip out and start a new thread and or OOC some dice rolls.

First thing you will notice about Ale is the abundance of her tattoos. They go from her face all the way to her feet, and not much is left bare. The second thing? Her strong Italian accent.

There were some options. She could call her allies again, see if she can get more info on the bullets being moved. Or she could help look around. Thing was? Investigating really wasn't her thing. She was more of an action type girl, digging around and looking for clues just wasn't her. She could go canine and sniff around, but wolfs kinda stood out.

"I'm gonna make a few calls as well. See if anyone has heard anything about these bullets." she takes her phone out and steps off to the side to make her calls.

"Same," Bea supplied, slipping her keys out of her pocket. "I'll be in touch."

With that, she tunred and got back into her car, and a moment later the Phaeton was slowly rolling away...

Bea exits the scene, to OOC!

"Right, well, see you all later then." Jacob gives a wave as he treks off into the night.

Ishani continues to walk the lot, feeling frustration tugging at her. She couldn't read the place, not yet anyway, and she didn't have anyone to 'call' to gather information. So, what was left? She doubted the cops missed anything and even if they did, Joe said everything they found had been clean, so it's not like there was anything to go on there anyway.

She waves to the other two leaving kindred and follows Alessandra back to the car. She is so not walking home.

    Ishani exits the scene.

With the group dispersing, Jesse shrugged.

Didn't seem like they were going to be checking out anything. Could go and try doing it by his lonesome, but Jesse knew his strengths and weaknesses — and finding some evidence that might, possibly, have gone missing by the cops seemed pretty unlikely.

Might have worked if they all pitched together. Might not.

"Well, guess I'll be going as well," he said more to himself than anyone else, seeing as they all left.

Jesse was moving to leave for his car before stopping, rolling his eyes with a sigh and turned around before looking around after all after a moment to heighten his sense of sight.

Spending some time looking about wasn't going to be no trouble. Might as well make sure nothing was missed by the cops and make up for turning up late to the party.

Jesse spends some time going over the barren lot. Unrepentant and defiant weeds crowd the edges and dot it here and there. CS techs have already given the scene the once-over, and the Mekhet can see imprints of briefcases and pictures them standing and squatting -- practically pointing out the areas of interest to him.

Eventually, he turns up three things.

A long strip of dirty paper that turns out to be a wrapper for chop sticks. It's a pho restaurant deep in 301 territory.

A black cigarette butt. Black paper, and an acidic stench that reeks of something foreign or pretentious.

Lastly, and most interesting, is the pattern of prints around the area. From what Jesse can tell, there wasn't a struggle. No running, no fighting. As if two men just stood there while being shot.
