Variation on a Theme

[Tuesday]

Before Stuff. Tuesday was going to get Star a plush cow with a pricey-but-not-a-cow-leather-leather-collar-because-if-it-was-cow-hide-that-would-be-cruel for the plushie, with a cute dog tag (probably shaped like a heart. And mostly likely in pink.) with the very helpful 'Imogene' engraved on it.

She knew it would make Star laugh. Now though. After Stuff. It just seemed...too. Maybe not 'too' anything, but maybe 'simple' worked? Or stupid. Stupid worked too.

Flat-footed and needing something that was More. For both of her Cabalies. To let them know that even with Stuff, or no Stuff, or weirdness or whatever that came of whatever this was that they meant more to her then maybe-Stuff, or no-Stuff. Or any other kind of stuff.

So Tuesday fretted, because try as she might, she couldn't come up with anything that she liked, or that would work. That is until zero-hour, the Light-Bulb of Ideas flashed and Tuesday knew exactly what she should give her cabalies!

It would be simple and easy to make. The hardest part was getting off her ass and getting the clasps, and the bundles of horse hair she needed to make this look half decent, and the charms. Too bad that the horns on the charms broke off in transit.

Unless they didn't!

Maybe they were just Incognito-Unicorns!

Just like the tawny strands from Veiled Threat's resident Unicorn's mane used as one third of these braided (mostly) horse hair bracelets.

On a card, written twice, once for Avis , and once for Star . Because she really couldn't help herself;
