I had a question about Sensory Range. Looking at the Wiki page, it does mention that 'He can cast a spell on any target distinguishable by sight, hearing or touch and who’s in the mage’s presence.' So would it be safe to say that one could cast upon another just by being able to hear them? It's been a while since I've cast spells, so just curious on the rules for that.

Short answer, yes.
But there would be a penalty, as the target would be considered 'concealed' to one degree or another.
As you've posted, I'll simply deduct dice as per normal to reflect the difficulty
