Whatever was bothersome to them didn't seem to register for very long. Maybe it was just the feeling that Rosemary wasn't there any longer or something else. Either way, the room was quiet and away from the patrons of the restaurant and they were free to talk about anything.

The ogress frowns at Milo's words (not an uncommon event) as she joins them, dropping her pack, and the conceivably-not-a-sword next to the wall, out of the way. She is not comforted by the expressions on Morgan and Lynn's faces. "Something off?" She echoes.

Lynn shrugged, dropping the wrapper from her cupcake onto a plate and devouring the treat in a couple of neat bites. "Maybe, but . . . it's nothing really." She shrugged it off and glanced around the table. "Who else is going to be coming by?"

Morgan's consternation showed on her face. A whimpering noise was growled out before the Beast shook it off. She turned to Ramona and blinked owlishly at the smith. What? Oh. She rubbed the back of her head, "Um heh-heh I t-t-thought a thing was abnormal-trouble b-b-but can't nay recall what it twas, heh-heh, beyond a feeling." Morgan drew in a sharp intake of breath, whistling between her teeth, "Buuut t-that also heh-happens when dog-walkers-come-near-me...And-other-things-too..."
Autumn was the court of fear and Morgan embraced experiencing it. Her being spooked by something was not an uncommon occurrence. Morgan let out a defeated sigh, "Really-really-really I am an Autumn, heh-heh."
When Lynn asked the important question, her motley mate gave an eloquent reply: "Uh...Imma clueless as to who-no-whom else tis coming."

The side of Milo's mouth twitched nervously down into a frown for a moment as they agreed something was off but not what. Ms Rosemary had proven that someone knew where to find the Court of Spring, and the consensus that something was off only made him more nervous about talking this out. Problem is, he couldn't vocalize that without alerting any possible eavesdroppers, so he decided to go with vague language and goals until something happened or someone spoke up.
"So apparently stuff has been going missing. Stuff I agreed to help find." Eyes scanned the group, more concerned about starting and moving forward then someone hearing his nebulous rhetoric. "I vote we start at the pawn shops and leave immediately."
The fleeting twitch turned into a more fixed feature as Morgan mentions being an Autumn means being afraid. He actually didn't disagree entirely, it was the impression he got that she refused to face those fears that perplexed him. It was another note for a future conversation.

"Hmm," Ramona's frown remains. It usually pays to listen to your instincts on this. And everyone else, their instincts are telling them to be careful. That's good to know. She glances at Milo at his suggestion. To tell the truth, Ramona hasn't got the first clue where to go looking for these lost Tokens. Would they really end up in pawn shops? Or is Milo being deliberately misleading? Huh. Well, maybe better not to discuss it now. Ramona nods, "I'm good to go."

Morgan rolled her shoulders, popping them, and moved to find a chair. She smiled at her motley mate as she started to pull out a chair for her friend, but Milo suddenly called for a vote. "Huh? Oh, r-r-right." Morgan pushed the chair back in. She shrugged, "Same as heh-her," she pointed at Ramona. Then raised the hand with the index finger pointing up, "But one thing. C-can I grab a water a'fore we depart? Please?"
She'd not unpacked anything so she was good to go at any time. That didn't mean she did not want to take a moment after hoofing it here.

"Do we have a list of the items we're looking for?" Lynn raised one hand and glanced around. Among her things was a decent bit of cash. When all was said and done, it might be easier to simply buy back the items, if they ended up in a mundane shop. It would also serve to simply buy a bottle of water for Morgan, if they didn't have time to wait here for a few minutes.
A clamoring began out in the restaurant area. The customers slowly began voicing their protest until eventually it became utterly difficult for those in the other room not to notice.
"Hey!" A woman muttered.
"Get your own!" A man snapped quickly.
"You disgust me!"
"You have some nerve!"
A man laughed heartily. "Aww, a broke man's gotta eat. You wouldn't want to deny me sustenance?"
An employee quickly shouted. "Sir, we can get you your own table."
"Nahhh I'm good with a little grazing." He laughed harder. "Oh, hello gorgeous... are those on the menu?"
A male quickly protested. "What is wrong with you man!"
The Ensorcelled manager dashed out. "Sir, I think you better leave."
"Aww, but this is so much fun."
He seemed jovial and arrogant, but harmless in his actions. He didn't really stop. For those Lost, he would look much like the Joker on a deck of cards his skin a diamond Harlequin pattern and his head coned slightly. But still the rest of him took on his natural Mask despite the perpetual jester look.
He spooned up some whip cream off of a pie on another table and flung it onto the exposed breasts of another female. "You asshole! My shirt will be ruined!" She didn't get up to stop him, nor did the man sitting with her. But he was angry. None of them seemed to want to take up the challenge of the wondering Lost through the restaurant. If only they could see what he was, it would explain a lot.
"Judging by other things, I think it was already ruined lady!"

"Well, f*ck." Lynn felt her fists clench at the scene. Glancing around, she made a quick judgment call and looked to Ramona Bohannon . "Would you please escort the troublemaker outside? I'd like to have a word with him. No broken bones or blood unless absolutely necessary."
Waving at one of the waitstaff, Lynn issued a few quick orders. "Lunch on the house for anybody who's here. Tell the woman who got hit with the whipped cream that her dry cleaning is on us and find her something else to wear in the mean time."
