Bridger understood his oath. He understood the herd should not know, but when they already did it made things that much easier. Hard to run away from something that can turn into a monster at any moment. Bridger had gotten the amateur photographer back to his rundown apartment, which was perfect for this kind of thing. It cost little in a bad part of town. A normal person may hate the place, dream of leaving. Bridger didn't care. He was his own security. He had called Chuck and Aeneas ( Yumyumcrow ), told them to meet him at the address. He needed the help figuring out what to force out of the guy.
They had already lost one, so Bridger made sure they weren't going to lose the lead they had. The man was tied up six ways till Sunday. And by tied up it meant MacGyvered into the best situation he could. Bridger hadn't exactly expected a hostage and he couldn't exactly leave the man in the car while he bought rope. The man was in a chair and bed sheets were tied tight, maybe too tight, around his ankles, with his arms behind the chair and tied to the legs. Another sheet then was tied around his chest to keep him to the chair. Any place that looked like an opportunity to escape was tied and attached to the chair. There was no chance to get out. A towel was in his mouth and tied behind the back. The man had already shown he was a screamer and Bridger wanted to save that for when the pain came. While he waited for the two of them to show up he had shifted into Dalu form, shifting nice and slow to give the full effect. He was in the privacy of his own home, why not keep the man scared? Just to be safe Bridger put an extra towel under the chair, in case the fear was too much.
