For tools and the like, if you had a flower shop Site or a Workshop you could gain bonuses from that. But for negative modifiers, how are you wanting to arrange them? In a simple vase? Are you wanting flower language? Are you cutting the flowers yourself? And if so, what are you using to cut them with? Or are you picking them from someone's garden?

So I'd buy the cut flowers, wire and a basked and Styrofoam cube - you put the cube into the basket and from there you work outwards with wires to arrange the flowers - maybe less flower language but color-blocking and arranging it aesthetically pleasing. Think this for instance.
Would resources 2 cover those expenses? There are no special tools involved and in game terms I'd want to subtract 3 dice (to show an exceptional standard set). Size and Durability only add to a number though and I don't know what that number is - in short: is 5 successes a realistic goal for this?

And, lets see. With that image as an example, it's larger then the snow globe, but not sword sized. So, we'll go with knife sized. +1. Materials would fall under the the wood, hard plastic, glass sphere, so +3.
So, 4 successes needed.
Remember the -3 to the crafts roll (INT + CRAFTS -3) for wanting it to be exceptional quality.

So, in Hedge Patrol you wrote "we could keep rolling" - rolling what exactly? Does Ram have to keep intimidating them, do you want more navigation/strength rolls or am I missing something entirely?

SkyeSo Yamiyo wants to research the mundanes/mortals knowledge and stories about the annoying little Huntsman. How many successes is needed for her to gather up the information that exists there, is there any negativity towards the roll and may she add the internet and library university equipment bonuses given that she is in school for the very topic of folklores, have access to the university library thanks to her paying tuition to the school. In addition can she ask her professor for any further bonus or help (using her allies academia merit)?

It would be INT + Academics for what you're looking for. Rescheming on the University computers will be a +0, using your Allies would give you the bonus of their Merit Rating.
You can make an extended action and write a research glimpse and I'll tell you what (if anything) is found in a reply to the rolls.

SkyeI think I were a bit unclear here sorry about that.
What I meant were if she could use the +2 from University library access (as written on the academic skill both in the core book and the wiki) giving that she is a universityy student and this is the very field she is studying.
And if that bonus stacks with the computer bonus or not (self owned computer.)
Lastly should the task be limited to a maximum amount of rolls equal to int+academics or not? The rules for academics state that it may be, not that it always is so wondered how to do here.

If you want to use the Library access bonus then it will take the place of your Allies bonus.
You may use your own computer.
And Yes. Your extended roll is limited to the maximum amount of rolls equal to INT + Academics
